I cannot thank the trainers, Drex & Steve, enough for motivating me, listening and creating balanced workouts for all my needs, and most of all, having a friendly, positive environment! Slowly over the months, I was able to see the changes in my body! I have gained more body strength, muscles, and my arms and legs are more toned than before. The workouts are in a group setting with different exercises and they're never the same the ones. What's also great about Power 45 is that you can go at your own pace & is for all workout levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). The fitness center has all the necessary essentials, such as changing rooms, courtesy water dispensers, towels, hurricane fans, etc and equipments such as WaterRower rowing machines, TRX, weight benches, different medicine ball weights, bosu balls, jump ropes, resistance bands, agility ladders, battle ropes, etc. Also, meal prep plans are available for purchase. I highly recommend this place to everyone! You will not be disappointed at your body fitness results as long as you stay committed to going everyday! All it takes is 45 minutes of your day to do this.

The cycling class was enjoyable but my only downside was the comfort of the seats since I was a newbie I couldn't focus on the workout because my butt was literally numb from the pain of the seat lol, my classmates helped me by showing the seat pads i was still in pain but I tried to push through as much as I could . Long story short you need to sign up you won't regret it

This review is LONG OVERDUE…read more I discovered SWEAT when I came home last year for a friend's wedding. Not wanting to slack on my exercise plans, I signed up for some spin classes here. The Real Ryder bikes were something else! I'd done plenty of spin classes before, but these bikes gave me a workout I hadn't felt before. The downside of no longer living in Stockton is not being a regular here, but when I'm home for the holidays or other occasions, I try to make a point of doing a class or two. I definitely recommend SWEAT! Check them out, sweat, and feel good about supporting local businesses in Stockton :)

Been working w my boi Patrick McAninch of Mac's Athletic on my fitness and nutrition since June…read more2023 and I cannot sing this man's praises, or recommend him, highly enough. I went to see him out of sheer desperation, and I do mean desperation, after my 5th auto accident in a matter of 3 years (none of which were my fault) and not experiencing any relief from chiropractic treatment and physical therapy. This 5th accident put my butt out of commission (completely or mostly bed ridden) for, quite literally, 6 weeks; the pain was so bad it felt like I was having back labor and it would take my breath away, the pain was effecting certain bodily functions (tmi), and I was a hot mess. It was even effecting my mental health as I am, typically, a pretty active person and being unable to exercise the freedom I was accustomed to started to pull me into a depression. I had to do something. All the doctors could tell me was rest, take pain medication and muscle relaxers (I hate taking that stuff, to be honest), switch between heat and ice on the effected area, and hope for the best. Afterall, 5 accidents in 3 yrs is a lot on the human body and I was getting older (already in my 40s) so it was going to take some time to fully recover if i fully recovered at all. And that was assuming I didn't find myself in anymore accidents moving forward. When I initially met with Patrick we were scheduled to meet for 30 minutes but he gave me over an hour and a half because it took that long to fully assess my condition and explain to me what my issues were, how he planned to address them, and what kind of results I could expect; realistically. He addressed things and bestowed a wealth of knowledge upon me that my doctor, physical therapist, and chiropractor never even hinted at, let alone touched on. Things that you would expect to be standard practice, like structural imbalances and faulty compensation patterns. It's been a little over 2 months now and I am not only without pain or fear of exacerbating a previous injury but I feel better than I can remember feeling even years before the first accident. Mr. McAninch is not only incredibly knowledgeable, emphasis on incredible, but he is a genuinely caring and thoughtful person. He truly cares about his clients overall wellbeing and will share with you whatever you want to know, or need to know, about what hes doing with you to be able to help you help yourself in between sessions or outside of your time with him. If you're looking for a personal trainer and nutrition coach who is so much more than that, and head and shoulders above the rest, Patrick Mcaninch of Mac's Athletic is the man.

I regularly see a massage therapist, chiropractor, and an acupuncturist. They have all helped me in different ways, but there are some areas that I have had continued issues with. Since I've started seeing Patrick for RPR, he has helped bridge the gaps between the various practices and made a huge difference in my pain management. Most recently he helped me with a pain I was having in my deltoid that was persistent despite all of the other treatments. Patrick has also helped me with my back, hips, glutes, hamstrings, and calves! I am so impressed with the results that I've seen that I will continue sessions as a part of my wellness plan. Patrick is both incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He is very professional and an all-around great person to work with when it comes to achieving your health goals. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone struggling with muscle pain!
