We love Stretch Zone! We go to the St. Petersburg location off 11th Ave, and work with Drew and Halle - both are so wonderful. They are very skilled with various stretches to target and focus on your problem areas. My husband is a golfer, and he particularly likes the leg and hip stretches. I work remotely all day sitting down, so I prefer a blend of focus on my neck/shoulders, beneath shoulder blades, lower back, and hamstrings/calves. I notice a difference in the tightness I hold when I walk out and have less knots throughout my week, and slowly but surely helping to increase range of motion. Highly recommend :) read more

First session is free but then you get the sales pitch afterwards of all kinds of sessions for all different sorts of prices. I opted for two for $100, as I broke it up in my mind as I figured it was three for $100 (with the free session included). Friendly workers. I paid attention the second and third session and honestly, there wasn't any stretching they did that really blew my mind that I couldn't figure out how to get a deeper stretch myself. I went to STRETCH ZONE in Clearwater because I had a groupon back in October 2024. I said I liked the service and they asked to provide my credit card so they have it on file if I wanted to buy sessions or packages, I said no problem! Little did i know they have been billing me $100 a month since last October ($900). I kindly called them up and tried to explain that I would like a full refund since I never signed up for a membership and more importantly have never stepped foot in the building since the groupon. The best the location and the Regional manager "Mr ". Dix" would offer is to "waive a cancellation fee." A cancellation fee? I never should've been charged regardless! Stay far away from these con-artists. They are only in it for the money and do not care about their customers, It's profit over customers for them! I recommend you to go to "The Joint" chiropractors. They are licensed professionals and actually care about there clients. I always feel so relieved after I go there! Stay away from the stretch zone. All they try to stretch is your wallet! Very rude and unprofessional !! My daughter get me a gift certificate for Mother's Day ! That nice! She actually went there 2 times! First time the business was close , even it said online that Saturday it open. Ok went second time and lady there said sorry , but she don't know how to make them . But my daughter paid and said that probably will be ok for just pick up my gift when I came , sounds ok. I call myself and schedule 3 appointment for myself , my daughter been in the same room with me while I did it . Finally I arrive for my appointment maybe 30 min early , first time I guess maybe some registrations..... I walk in and it is all in one room and has 2 tables on with 2 lady's working on 2 client. On the table( I guess front desk) man sitting and I came to him and said that I have appointment , he look in his computer and said " no you don't have it!!" It was very confusing to me , I start explained him about gift certificate, about 3 appointments , that I made myself . He keep telling me NO! You probably have appointment in STRATCHLAB ......I never heard that . I start calling my daughter try to find out if I'm in correct place ......and this man basically start telling me that I have to leave....because I'm talking and in other place they waiting for me. He was also talk to me very rude , like I'm idiot .......I walk outside , talking to my daughter and getting in my car. My daughter telling me , no you in right place ....go back . I went back , the man was gone . 2 ladies still working in client , I sit on chair , open my I-pod and wait until they finish and tru to find my certificate and my appointment.I was sitting and waiting , the ladies finish they appointments and go to computer, nobody tell me anything.....nobody came for new appointment , I keep sitting ..............finally may be 10 min later , one girl say SORRY ! We find you certificate!!!! But no one say to me ....do you want now ?? I'm not busy , we find out later what is wrong with schedule.....non of that.......Perhaps I made my appointment with the same girl , who don't know how to make gift certificate ! So she also not learn how to save appointment in they system .......Any way I left feeling HUMILIATED!!!! IT WAS TERRIBLE!!! My daughter refund her money and now I willing to STRATCHLAB !!!!!!! I used to be very flexible pre-covid environment. When I lost my mom to an 8 year Alzheimers journey and lived in a state with cold winter as a season, I tried to get back into working out when I moved to Florida last year. I just could not find a way to be consistent with my stretching. It was limiting my workouts. I knew I needed to begin my journey back to flexibility. I happened to see a free consultation online with Stretch Zone. I thought, why not? My first experience was with Travis. He was educated, patient and not pushy with sales at all! I can only afford to do 4 sessions now, but hope to be able to sign up for more. My second session was with Christan. She has a great energy about her and was very gentle with my limits.
