Let me just say that the entire office from the front desk to the therapists themselves are awesome! I ask a lot of questions during my visits and everyone is so helpful by explaining the reason for an exercise and what it will do to help my recovery. K2Sports has changed my mind on PT as a whole as I realize they're there to help me get better and I truly feel grateful my surgeon sent me to this team! Thanks so much Michael & Zach! My experience with Saylor Physical Therapy has been extremely troubling, and I want others to be…read moreaware of what happened. The clinic collected $420 in copays from me for six visits that were denied by my health insurance because Saylor did not obtain the required preauthorization. BCBS explained that when a denial is caused by a provider's administrative error, the patient is not responsible for any charges or copays. My Explanation of Benefits statements confirm that I am responsible for $0 for these visits. Despite this, the clinic kept the money. I spoke with their office manager and explained the situation. She refused to refund the copays because she was adamant the clinic would be paid for those visits. I explained that even though BCBS refused to pay, they would still receive payment from Geico for those visits since it was a personal injury claim. She still refused to refund the copays but said they would be refunded if they received payment from insurance. Later, Saylor Physical Therapy accepted payment in full from Geico for all six denied visits and still did not return my money. They have ignored every voicemail and email I've sent since then. There was also a seventh visit where they took my $70 copay, received payment from BCBS, and then accepted another payment in full from Geico for the same date of service. According to the information I received, they told Geico the visit had not been paid, even though BCBS had already paid the claim months earlier. They kept all three payments. This does not feel like a simple oversight -- it reflects a pattern of billing behavior that no patient should have to deal with. In total, Saylor Physical Therapy owes me $490 that I believe should be refunded, and they have refused to communicate or correct the issue. I have been left with no choice but to turn to the NC Department of Insurance and the NC Attorney General for assistance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking honest or professional treatment.

And she continued to be that way with every check-in and check out. My physical therapist was Samantha and what a healer she was. She was very aware of my pain and my muscle responses which made the programs she designed that much more helpful! Her exuberant demeanor helps pull one out of their pain so the healing becomes so much easier. The techs that help with the assigned exercises are wonderful as well! Kenzie(sp?), Zach and Jasmine made my workouts a joy. They are such caring and kind people. I observed the other Personal trainers to be caring in their work with other patients as well. I went from extreme pain and no mobility in my left arm to great mobility and the best reduction in pain I have ever felt. If you are looking for a kind, caring and knowledgeable group to help with therapy this group is it!

never rehabbed before and hope I don't have call to do it again. it's not that my experience was at…read moreall horrible (quite the opposite actually) but I'd rather spend the rest of my days in an elevated state of healthfulness rather than on the verge of enfeeblement but I suppose that is kinda the point of rehabilitative physical therapy. so anyway, after crashing into a rather large piece of machinery a couple weeks ago I was told that I would likely benefit from a series of visits and exercises and stuff so here I am doing range of motion and strengthening exercises under the watchful eyes of Melissa, Cassie, and a few others whose primary responsibility it seems is to keep me from nodding off between sets... yea for naps! for me the best part of this is I am here for the shortest possible time to fully accomplish my treatments. at my sessions I get a progress check and do a half dozen or so exercises on the machines and then I get to go home and finish the simpler but necessary stuff that requires little more than hand weights and a bench and stuff I have lying about the house which seems a good use of everyone's time and resources. takes a little more than five hours a week to get it all done which seems a reasonable investment to enhance my health and well being.

After going to PT prescribed by my surgeon for a couple of months I realized they had no idea what to do for the nerve damage. Fortunately, a friend had been to Javin for a different nerve damage issue. He had wonderful success with Javin. I made the switch and never looked back. My neurologist told me the nerve could take 1-1.5 years to heal. I am now 8 months post op and nearly completely recovered. Javin's approach to therapy was completely different to anything I had ever experienced. His individual attention is like having a personal trainer.
