Stephanie was my trainer and she was fabulous. I've been doing Pilates for 15 years, and I tried new things at the studio that I had never tried before. It was magic, my body moved better, and I felt so much healthier during the crazy week of all the Thanksgiving eating. The studio is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and you can tell the members really enjoy going there. And that the staff is invested in their members. All of the class sizes are small so you get plenty of attention, and the quality of the classes are much higher than at other studios. All of the trainers are great at what they do - - attentive, caring, very knowledgeable, and very personable. I cannot recommend 15 to Fit enough. I have no complaints about them whatsoever; I have literally only had great experiences with them. If you're wanting to try out Pilates or looking for a new studio, 15 to Fit is a great option! The deep tissue work done on my shoulders had me bounding back into my favorite movements quickly. The cupping offered at the end of each session is easily my favorite time of the appointment. The owners, Justin and Meagan, create a family-like atmosphere which makes it even more special. If CrossFit isn't your style or you want to ease into CrossFit, their WellFIT bootcamp-style program is also great. My membership allowed me to take CrossFit or WellFIT any time I wanted. Anyone can find a CrossFit gym, but what keeps people coming is the community. The DWA community is exceptional because it makes me feel like its my home away from home.
