I have been an artist for 15 years and this was one of the most helpful, accommodating, friendly framing staffs I have ever met. My close childhood friend was having a baby shower in Dallas and I wanted to give her an original art piece I made. However, I had recently gone on a long business trip and was unable to get the mat and glass cut for my frame in time. I called and talked to Ippi from the Dallas Stretch and Frame store (while I was at an airport 700 miles away) and she said she could prepare the materials the same day while I was on the plane flying to Dallas (I emailed her photos and measurements). Her framing team did a beautiful job and my friend loved the gift! I had called 3 other frame stores previous to this one and nobody else could assist. This frame store is a gem. They did a great job with my paintings! brought in a bunch of rolled-up paintings from abroad, and they handled each one perfectly by maximizing the width of the gallery stretch. Price was very fair as well - certainly less than Aaron Brothers or Michaels. read more
