I tried their pork, chorizo, and beef tacos. The tacos are of the soft shell variety, and are served in trays with nice indents for keeping the tacos upright. Pork - a bit dry. A bit too sauce though. The sauce spilled down my arms and made a puddle Nice toppings though. Chorizo - apparently they're made in house. Basically like chunks of meatballs. Beef - also a bit dry. Not as much sauce, which made them less messy to hold. Overall the tacos were quite tasty other than the dry comment above. I'd eat there again.

The pork is a bit scary after seeing how much greesy dripping is in the container. Very greesy and oily. Chicken is not my favorite. Don't order that. It tasted like mushed up chicken which is very similar to tuna. The chicken was not tasty at all. Sadly, B ordered Chorizo, beef and chicken and he got instead pork, beef and chicken. It was slightly disappointing. I had better tacos elsewhere. The meat didn't have a lot of flavors. The one good thing is how generous they are in the meat. It is super messy to eat. Overall, I found this food truck ok. Not my preference.

I was really impressed with the price (7 dollars including a pop) and the choice of toppings and bun - potato or whole wheat. I went with the potato bun, and added pickles, fried onions and Franks to the tartar sauce, coleslaw and lemon wedge that the halibut comes standard with. In addition to the halibut, they serve up salmon, lamb, turkey and buffalo, as well as a variety of premium toppings. The service, quality and flavour were really impressive - I will be back for a veggie dogs smothered in jalapeno and cheese the next time a 'dog craving hits!

So I took they dive and got the bison jalapeno dog. I liked the fact it was gluten free as I'm suppose to limit my wheat intake. I only wish that they had more options for the specialty side instead of having just pork brawst as most die hard health nuts aren't really the fan of the pig. Even though the prices are way higher for these dogs than the guy down the block I still don't feel as guilty eating these dogs. Oh and I loved how I was given a few free chips on the side. Defiately will be back to try some of the other items.

The next stop on the tour was Granville Market for lunch, but as we were all taking pictures of the area, I could not get over how amazing these hot dogs smelled. We were about to move on, but I was overcome with the desire to get one of these bad boys and couldn't resist. I walked up and asked how long it would take to cook one for me, and he said it would be in my hand as soon as I handed him the money. And he took USD, so that made it really easy. The hot dog was quite large, and the bike tour leader was laughing at me for ordering it as soon as we were all about to leave, but I ate it as fast as Joey Chestnut. And it was everything I hoped it would be. The only regret is that I added some of the Garlic sauce to it, and wished I would have been a little lighter with it, because it was pretty overwhelming. Tasty, but it was a lot. Great food, friendly guy and set in a beautiful scene. In my next life, I want to be the Alberta Hot Dog Cart Man.
