That is the only reason why I accepted the short sale which he pressure closed me with his sales Associate Christina Pittman. I should've known that it was gonna be too good to be true. As it is now October 2019 and the job is still not complete five months later. The work that has been done is not up to industry code and in reality I would have to hire real professionals to REDO the work done on home. There would be weeks where nobody showed up to the job. The roof continuously leaked multiple times and has been repaired multiple times by them and still is not 100% fixed. The leaks damaged the floors and now the floors need to be repaired again. If it was done correct the first time it would of been great. The employees look like they were hired off Craigslist. We have recording of the workers talking about crack cocaine on their phone calls. Trash is always left behind and I pick up after their mess every weekend. It's very unprofessional as far as communication. Nobody seems to know where their employees are or why they didn't show up. They would not show the entire week and say they will come on a day that is forecasting a storm or hurricane so it would appear they were coming knowing they won't come at all due to weather. And while the weather is perfect nobody shows. Nobody answers texts or calls. The owner is MIA (Geoff Cash). He always says he's sick. But when it comes time for payment they are on me like a telemarketer trying to hit quota. They received over $50k and I was quoted $60k for job. $20K of it was not an authorized payment. I was told by 5 outside contractors that the job is only valued at $40-$45k max with materials and that I was being ripped off. I am at the point to where I just want my money back so I can have people come finish the room the right way. I also asked repeatedly for the permit to build room. I keep getting the runaround with that. Them saying a permit is not needed? My neighbor is the Virginia Beach Zoning approver. You can't tell me you can extend your home and add a 30ft room without a work permit. There are 3 other families going through the same thing as me who was sold to by Geoff Cash. They have reported him to the better business bureau and we are talking about a class action lawsuit at this rate. I'm convinced I'm a victim of being scammed. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. If I can rate Zero stars I would. My experience has been nothing but stress and more stress. I wish I never signed anything with them. It's a waste of time, and you will be over promised and under delivered. I should get a substantial discount for all these inconveniences and delays.

So I tried calling a couple of other companies and all they did was make this way worse! Enter south side gutters! Daniel came out and was a super cool dude. I really like them! We talked about gutter size, colors and the best way to fix this problem. Got my estimate, great price! No complaints so I said sure, come on by and replace my gutters! Less than a week later, Colin and another guy came out to pop up these gutters. It took them less than a day. These gutters look fantastic! No gutter guard needed because they're 6-inch gutters. That's right, 6-in gutters! Better price then you'll find for 5-in. And I'm telling you, it's totally worth it. Take it from experience, do not fall for these companies that tell you they'll just give you a bigger downspout with 5-in gutters. That does not work! You really do need these 6-inch gutters. I received the quote the next day, the pricing was very fair and affordable, and I decided to move forward. When it came time for the install, Colin himself--the owner--came out with his assistant to complete the job. They were efficient, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. I went with 6-inch gutters and added gutter guards just to be extra, and the setup has been fantastic. The improvement was immediate. Water flows cleanly through the system, there's no overflow or dripping where it shouldn't be, and everything looks great on the house.
