And from what I've seen online and from talking with other couples, we are not the only ones who have been treated this way. Jesse is unprofessional and some say a scam artist. Check the Better Business Bureau for complaints about him and SureShot, and the Mass Attorney General's office too. Check various other wedding review sites as well - he is terrible. DO NOT TRUST HIM with your wedding day footage - he doesn't care about your memories - he cares only about low-balling other videographers, trying to edit bad reviews of him and his company online, and making money money money (while ripping off couples and destroying their chances of saving their memories).
