We met with Lisa to discuss ideas on remodeling our 1990s-era bathrooms because we were unsure of how to proceed. Lisa was able to present us a new vision, rescaling our plans and saving us a significant amount of money while still achieving our goal of creating an elegant, updated look and enhancing the function of the spaces. The savings on our bathroom remodels will allow us to embark on other redecorating projects that we thought were beyond our reach. We are thrilled! Lisa has amazing insights into melding function with beauty, and she has an appreciation of and respect for collectibles and antiques, and how best to display them to tell our family story. She has extensive resources to help us realize our vision. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Lisa to enhance our entire home, thereby enriching our family life. We are so pleased to have her as our guide in this journey! Kristine W.

From day one Patrick was a guy I connected with immediately. Very personable, to the point where I knew that if he really knew SEO/SEM like he said he did, I might also gain a friend down the road. Less than two months later they blew our doors off and took one of our clients to a new level of visibility. Something they had never seen before. The traffic created was off the charts. Clients continue to call and rave on and on. A few months later we knew we would enter into a more permanent partnership with Phacient and that we could expect good things. Patrick got rid of the fear and apprehension we had, from the get-go. It's important to note that Patrick (Like so many others) didn't hype things up. He just walked the walk and delivered exactly what was promised. I've never received a single call attached to a complaint. Phacient truly is a 5 star company that kicks a**, with no excuses. Don't hesitate to get going with them, if you happen to be on the fence. Patrick is a man of his word. Thank You, Patrick!

I would recommend them to anyone looking to establish an online footprint or to help them take it to the next level.

Career Pro is an amazing team that helped me land a dream job of making new ice cream flavors in California! This was both a career move that I wanted to make and one that I didn't believe I could do. Thank you, Career Pro! I really appreciate all of the personal attention and advice that the team at Career Pro has given me! I am a young professional - only 3 years out of college and left my job in Chicago to relocate near my family in Raleigh because of a family emergency. It was quite difficult to find a way to write my resume and cover letters to address this sudden gap and John and the team at Career Pro were so helpful in finding ways to address this. I found their services in resume building and cover letters to be useful, but what was more helpful was their advice on networking. I needed some hand-holding because I am naturally an introvert (and I'm still quite new to professional networking!) and the team at Career Pro was so helpful and thoughtful with their advice! They responded promptly to emails and hold weekly check-in meetings. After all their advice and coaching, I was able to network my way into my dream job. I was previously an engineer and have always wanted to enter product development, but wasn't sure I was ready or had the skills needed. I also love working for Fortune 500 companies, but after a gap on my resume, I wasn't confident anyone would take me. Not the case! I have landed a product development job at a Fortune 500 company with Career Pro's help! I am so happy and so grateful! Obviously, they will not do the work for you and cannot promise to find you a job. But if you need a partner to help you stay motivated in your job search and someone like a mentor/coach to offer friendly advice (or sometimes much needed tough love!) THIS IS THE PLACE.

John has a rare ability to connect people thoughtfully and purposefully. His advanced jobseeker trainings are especially strong--practical, current, and grounded in real hiring dynamics rather than theory. Participating in these sessions sharpened my perspective and expanded my visibility in meaningful ways. What stands out most is John's generosity as a collaborator. He doesn't just build networks, he activates them. He creates space for others to grow their presence, credibility, and influence, and he does so with integrity and consistency.
