He always professional, made sure I was comfortable, taken care of, and that I felt safe at all times on the crazy roads and highways of Miami. He is punctual, a great communicator, and he has some great stories that make the trips entertaining. Top notch service from a real top notch man. All-in-all, I couldn't ask for any better of an experience! I have no complaints whatsoever. Literally none. It was sad to leave but it was time to go home. Hiring Vita Plug was the best decision and investment that I could have made for recovering from surgery. Also, be sure to book at least one IV for vitamins and one for hydration during your stay. The treatment was performed in a clean area and my face felt great immediately, I already started noticing results. My only complaint/concern was that this place needs a little bit of TLC. It's truthfully not appealing at all when you walk in and there's no sink in the therapy room so she had to use a bowl with water to clean up. I've received plenty of facials before and I know the procedure/environment and this location just seemed a bit "you get what you pay for" which is true and fine. This location is more of a medical/acupuncture office so it's not exactly the most relaxing environment. Don't expect a spa because it's not, or a relaxing area, more of a get in get out place. Again, my review is as an overall experience. Nothing against Martha or her knowledge, because she did a great job. Truthfully, if it wasn't for the Groupon I probably would've never tried this place.

For my birthday, my husband bought a Groupon for me to get a full body one hour massage. I love spa…read moredays and just getting pampered so I was in for a treat. This is actually located in a chiropractor office; I actually had a few chiropractic appointments here a few months ago. It's located in the Publix plaza, I did not realize this at first and my gps took me to the Walgreens down the street, so one advice, don't go by the gps! There are plenty of parking. The receptionist took my Groupon and I filled out a form and off I go into the room with my massage therapist (I think her name was Lashay). The room was nice and clean with zen decor; a Buddha, some crystals, and a really pretty Buddha tapestry on the wall. The music was relaxing but it wasn't my favorite since there was singing in it. I prefer the non vocal zen music. She asked me how much pressure I want and I said medium; she also asked where my problem areas were and where I don't want to be massaged. I do CrossFit 6 days a week for 5 months now, so however she massaged by body, I welcomed it at this point lol. She massaged my arms, legs, back, shoulders, and neck. I felt very relaxed and it was a wonderful experience. I look forward to my next visit and I highly recommend it.

From the minute I walked in it started off as a bad experience as the lady at the front desk asked it if I had the $49 coupon I said no how would I get it, as she was in the middle of eating and talking to me with a mouth of food she said never mind its $75 but next time if you come to our other massage therapist is will only be $70 and gave me a card. Than there was a young lady sitting in a very small waiting room of which they ran more than one business out of seemed annoyed when she found out I was there to get a massage with her, as though it was an inconvenience. She walked me to the room and stated "don't bother taking ur clothes of". She was a very large women who barely fit in the room and she made it well know as she complained the whole time how hot she is, this place it to small and continued to talk about things she was clearly not educated on. I made it very clear I wanted a deep tissue massage, and that my upper and lower back were sore. To make a long story short she didn't touch me once with her hands. She sat, yes sat and kneed my feet, my hands and my thighs as I laid on my back all but the last 5 minutes. I told her when I roll over I need a pillow for my chest and she elbowed me right between my breasts as I said that's hurts please stop. She rolled me over sat on my hands again and from there it was just about done. This was the worst experience I ever had in my life, I came home with bruises all over my husband was appalled. To say the least I would never recommend this please to anyone, it was the worse experience I have ever had. If I could give them a negative 10 stars I would. I could by far say so much more about my horrible experience but I am sure you get picture. Erin
