My review is for VitaLift as they handled all my post op rides. And the quality and care of the transportation made such a strenuous time that much more stress free. Vince the amazing driver, made sure I was picked up right on time after surgery. Had a clean pillow ready for me as I was trembling and in pain. And every follow appointment by him was handled with such care. I apprecaite all they do in such a vulnerable time. read more

I had a surgery with Dr. Hochstein and I decided to hire Vita Plug for my aftercare... the best decision I could have possibly made! I will never be able to have surgery without this high level of care ever again. Caroline - if there ever could be an Angels on earth, Caroline is certainly one of them. She has a heart of pure gold and she radiates light, sincerity, and compassion. The woman is amazing. She treats you like a friend or family member and tells some great stories. You don't feel like you're in recovery when you're in her care, you feel like you're hanging out with your best friend or favorite sister. If you get the chance to be in her care, you will absolutely not regret it. I was so fortunate to have her take care of me for most of my stay. I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful she is... She made my recovery process so easy and made me completely comfortable the entire time. She is professional, sweet, caring, kind, and she makes sure you feel relaxed and at ease during your recovery. Amanda - this woman is just the bees knees. I wish she was my mom or my auntie! She is truly a one-of-a-kind lady. All of the above said about Caroline is true for Miss Amanda as well. Where did Vita Plug find such an awesome group of ladies? Not only did she take great care of me and cook me the MOST DELICIOUS homemade meals... but she had me laughing non-stop! I wish I got to spend more time with her because she has great wisdom, stories, and experience and I just want to soak it all in. It was such a pleasure to be in her care! Jennifer - I only had Miss Jennifer care for me for one day, but in that short time, it was clear that she is also a wonderful caretaker. I wish I could've spent more time with her to get to know her more, but if you have her for your care, you're in good hands. Vince - what to say about Mr. Vince? He was such a pleasure to have as my buddy first of all and secondly as my driver for the entire time I was in Miami for my surgery and recovery. This man also has a heart of absolute gold. He always professional, made sure I was comfortable, taken care of, and that I felt safe at all times on the crazy roads and highways of Miami. He is punctual, a great communicator, and he has some great stories that make the trips entertaining. Top notch service from a real top notch man. All-in-all, I couldn't ask for any better of an experience! I have no complaints whatsoever. Literally none. It was sad to leave but it was time to go home. Hiring Vita Plug was the best decision and investment that I could have made for recovering from surgery. Also, be sure to book at least one IV for vitamins and one for hydration during your stay. It made the world of difference for me. You will not regret hiring them! read more

I absolutely love Vita Plug. I had a cosmetic procedure done in Miami and was recommended by my surgeon this company to help me after my surgery (I needed a care taker/nurse 24 hours post surgery). Andrea the owner of the company is so kind and friendly. She really made me feel comfortable the whole time she was with me. She's very well educated and makes you feel like a family member and not a patient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs nursing or a care takers after their surgery. read more

I used this service for the mobile teeth whitening and had great results. They are mobile and really accommodating. My wife did the LED light therapy and prp and loves her results! read more

This company more than exceeds perfection. I recently had extensive surgery and used Andrea's services for my post surgery care at their condo on Brickell Ave for the first 10 days post op. Andrea, Tammy, and Jennifer were my 24 hour nursing staff and Raquel was my massage therapist with the hands of an angel. My transportation was taken care of by Vincent who is so good he even knows every bump in the road so he can avoid them. As for my nursing care I must tell you first I am a retired RN. To say that these wonderful women know what they are doing is not nearly enough praise. They are gifted at what they do and as human beings. The care, compassion, and the tenderness that they administered made my experience so much easier , comfortable and reassuring that I had made the best choice in hiring this company. There was never a doubt in my mind that Dr Hochstein was the absolute best surgeon for me and his staff especially Amanda was very good at reading my concerns and needs. That she had all the needed answers and referrals before I even asked my questions just made my life easy. I thank you all for your care and suggest everyone consider their services if having surgery or just need professional care. read more

I chose to fly to Florida from out of state to have procedures done by Dr. Mosca. I wanted the best for my recovery and I found the incredible Vita Plug! The team made me feel so safe and comfortable even during an extremely difficult 24 hours following an allergic reaction to pain medication. Andrea showed up at three in the morning to do the most healing meditation and healing work to ease my severe anxiety and pain, she is truly a gifted healer and so incredibly graceful as a nurse. My other two nurses Nurse Terry and Nurse Amanda were wonderful. The first three days meeting and anticipating every need, staying with me as long as needed and nourishing me. Amanda made the most incredible healing foods, beef liver, soups and pineapple and green apple skin water for swelling. Terry made me feel confident in my chose to have surgery even when I was fighting that my results would be what I wanted. She was an immense emotional support. I felt so loved and so cared for by everyone. They managed picking up my meds, VIP driving services to all lymphatic massages and postop appointments and coordinating medical recliner for my stay the second week at my airbnb. I stayed at their luxury suite in Fort Lauderdale and it was beautiful and well stocked, with a wonderful reclining bed for healing. I would NEVER have done this surgery even in my home state without these services. They provided the expertise and experience to help me emotionally as well as physically through the most critical parts of post op. They are so valuable and I thought their prices were fair for what they offered. I will never have another surgery without their aftercare again! read more

I just wanted to come on here and tell you how thankful I am that I did my research before my surgery and found you and your team! My Friend and I traveled to Miami for our surgery and just traveled back home today. Although we did not use your nursing service (we brought our friend with us who is a nurse as well) we did use Vince from Vita Lift for all of our driving services and he was phenomenal. Not only was he always there when we needed him to bring us to all of our pre and post op Appointments, but he went above and beyond. From making extra trips to make sure we had our meds, making sure our friend arrived safely and in time for our surgery and just constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Caroline was absolutely amazing as well. She was so helpful with arranging Recliners and walkers being delivered to our Air BnB and helped us getting IV's the day after surgery. She was super responsive and reliable and I am so happy I found her. She even came by our Place on her day off to deliver us some CBD gummies to help with the pain. She is such a sweet person and I felt in such good hands. Joe assisted in making sure everything got delivered before we got back from recovery and was nice enough to leave us a toilet seat aid (which we didn't order) because he thought it would make recovery easier for us. He kept in touch the whole time, keeping us updated and made sure our walkers were delivered to the surgeons office and ready for us once we got out of surgery. He did such a great job! He made everything so easy for us!Having surgery so far away from home can be so scary and they all made our experience so stress free and easy and I just wanted to reach out and say how appreciative we are. I'm so happy that there are people like you guys that honestly care about their patients and make sure everyone is happy and taken care of! I will definitely recommend you to everyone who is traveling to Miami. Xoxo Monique read more

Super happy with my service! I've done the teeth whitening and prop and the results are amazing. Highly recommended.

I can't even express into words how essential Vita Plug was! I don't even know where to start really. (As much as I love them - I'm hoping they don't get tooooo famous and popular in case I need anything else done I want to be able to get in LOL) I purchased the 7 night stay and boy was it worth every penny! To be honest I don't know how anyone would get surgery and NOT use them! Nurse sandy and their driver Vince picked me up from surgery and I was a mess and In so much pain and so scared and nurse sandy and Vince were both so incredible and really eased my mind. I mean the nurses were incredible - I was in bad shape the first 3 days and they were there every step of the way helping me I literally could not have gotten through it without them. I don't know who their chef is but their meals were incredible so delicious and I could tell they were low sodium cause I had no issues swelling! They had in house massages so I didn't even have to leave the house. The house was gorgeous so sanitary and clean - to be honest I felt like I was on a little spa vacay (after the pain went away) I really didn't even want to leave! I had 3 different nurses come take care of me during my stay and they all made me feel super safe which was really important to me because I was nervous about recovery. I could go on and on how amazing vita plug is but I think you get the point! I can't thank Andrea and her team enough for literally nursing me back to life. It's beyond worth every penny! read more

The absolute best! I had a mommy makeover with Dr. Hochstein and while there doing my blood work met a super nice nurse Caroline. She was super helpful and walked me through everything and also told me about vita plug and the services they offer. I never planned to hire help or anything but let me tell you, I am SOOOO GLAD I DID! At least for the first few days it is sooooo helpful I can't emphasize that enough. I have two kids in the house and had my mom to help but I also couldn't really even feed myself due the arm bruising. The nurses Gloria and Vanessa both were with me and they fed me changed me bathed me everything! They were so nice and caring. You can really tell the nurses love what they do and are very experienced ! The last day I was sent a different nurse Jenny and she was amazing as well! She gave me a little massage after shower I just felt so amazing and pampered! I also rented a chair recliner which was great for the first couple weeks and super necessary as you can really strain yourself in and out of bed. They came quickly and installed it. Everything was very reasonable priced and great service ! Thank you again!! read more
