RACKS FOR CARS did not mention about the trailer being on clearance not did they tell me at the time of purchase that it was a non returnable item.... Now I am stuck with a BRAND NEW IN THE BOX cadence bike trailer because they will NOT provide CUSTOMER SERVICE for an item sold less the 30 days ago. Their response was that I had 7days to return the item as per my receipt... I highly recommend shopping elsewhere as this company has no respect for its customers. Terrible Customer Service.
