Only open on Saturday and Sunday 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Vendors set up inside a gymnasium wall to wall. Tables stocked to their capacity with computers and peripherals. External hard drives, keyboards, printers, books, DVD's, blank media, cables, ink cartridges, mice, fans, memory chips, USB memory sticks, webcams and too many more to keep listing. Anything that runs zeros and ones, someone sells it here.
If you're in the market for a new (or used) laptop or desktop or if you need accessories and peripherals for the computer you already have, this is the place to stop. I can't tell you if any of this stuff "fell off the truck" or what, so be wary.
Tip: Just because the price is marked on the thing doesn't mean you can't try and haggle. I picked up an £18 netbook sleeve for £12 and an £8 iPhone wall adapter for £6. All they can do is say no.
It's not easy to get to, but it's only a short walk. Go through the bus station at Stratford parallel to the tracks (towards London), cross on the pedestrian bridge, keep going straight and turn right at Denison Point Flats. It's at the end of the street.
It's not free - there is a £1 entry charge. read more
