Unfriendly workers. Toilet was awful. The service was very bad. Sketchy environment. Stopped here on my way back to my hotel.

I highly recommend coming here on an evening with clear skies so you can soak in the gorgeous views overlooking the water. We were a large party of 10 and although service was a bit slow, the waiters were very efficient. The Lobster Soup was buttery and rich in flavor. The Risotto with Crayfish was well-made with the scallops having a brown glaze on top. The portion was good too - definitely shareable. Someone at our table ordered dessert and since we previously told the waiters it was my birthday, they brought out the dessert with a candle but then gave it to the person who ordered it after blowing out the candles. It was extremely weird and I was a bit surprised considering we spent over 8200 SEK total. An additional dessert would have been a nice gesture (although definitely not expected). Good food/drinks but come for the View!

The location gives it the 3 stars and the food has always been pretty good. What is also consistent…read moreis that there is always some problem with the service, unfortunately because the view is fantastic in any weather or time of day. When you walk up to the hotel, it isn't remarkable, so people find their way here because they happen to be a hotel guest, read about it in a tourist guide, or are brought there by a local. We lived in the neighborhood for years, so it was our alternative to the Gothia Towers on the other side of town when we wanted a nice place to have a fancy cocktail and enjoy the view of the city, albeit the view to the west along the water, not the view of the city from the north. They have a fancy cocktail menu, so it is always interesting to go and see what they have, an adult candy store in a way. I had the peanut butter whiskey with cream cocktail with chocolate...it was intriguing and had a very unusual taste...but since I like vodka, PB and chocolate, it couldn't be too bad no matter what. They have an ipad menu, but you cant order from the ipad, which felt odd. When the drinks came, 2 of the 3 orders were wrong. Wrong beer, wrong cocktail, I got mine...but the problem was, I underestimated how long it would take to redo, it was very empty...only half the bar seatings were taken and the restaurant had only 4 diners in the whole room, with 2 guys at the bar...so I sipped and sipped and sipped and by the time the beer and new cocktail arrived for my husband and friend, I was halfway through my cocktail. I should say in my defense I felt like I needed to drink it because the foam was dissipating by the moment and I felt like I needed to drink it while it looked like it did when it was delivered to me. In truth, by the time finished it, the last part of the cocktail didn't look so appetizing...remember it was peanut butter, chocolate and cream with vodka, so it was a brown puddle at the bottom of my martini glass. When we were ready to leave, the bill was wrong. I don't know why, but this seems to happen often here...you place an order and then at least one part is not right. You could blame the server but over years and different staff? Could it be part of the training? I am not sure, but maybe it isn't busy enough? It has never been full, except for once, when I went with work and we filled the dining room and of course the bar before and after dinner. My recommendation? Order a cider or beer in a bottle that you can point to, or order a cocktail from the fancy menu and be prepared to linger and not care and just enjoy the view and then you will enjoy the experience.

The charcuterie & cheese plate is amazing and the rest of the menu has also great standard. The first floor is more of a mingel floor and its possible to talk with people without too loud music. Yaki da has also got a coffee bar that serves great coffee and also coffee cocktails for thoose who need. Interiors is great and feels classy. This is a really nice place because the crowd varies a lot and so does the music. Open wednesdays-saturdays. Bring your card, they dont take cash!

Hell yes! This is what I call a good club…read more Was in Gothenburg for a week and I am happy I had the chance to go to this club. 3 floors 4 separate rooms with different music. Very packed. Everyone dancing. What more would one want? On the downside the entrance was 180 plus 25 for the jackets. It was something that made us think twice before going in. However in my opinion it was totally worth it. Tips: 1. Go early to avoid the crowd 2. Don't wear anything too fancy as it gets crazy crowded and people tend to step on you 3. It's a bit underground so if you like it fancy pansy this is not the place to go 4. Leave your jacket at the garderobe as it gets very warm inside and there are no safe areas to leave stuff Regarding the crowd it's a very mixed crowd from early to late 20s from hipster to a bit more fancy. Very good mix with a bit of something for everyone! The interior is like an old house, where they have put in the rooms a dj in a corner and a bar in another. Very homelike feeling. Not like a club at all making it even more special and cool! Try it out!!

This was our last meal in Gothenberg on our trip this spring and it was perfect. We started our meal with a shrimp salad with toast which was well seasoned and wasn't too creamy. My boyfriend ordered the seafood au gratin which had mussels, shrimp and fish. There was a good amount of veggie on it as well. My meatballs were luscious. The lingonberry sauce was the perfect tart addition to the creamy dish. This is what they're talking about when they're talking about Swedish meatballs! Overall great dining experience for a reasonable price!

The Cream of Mushroom soup was good, even though it didn't have a very strong mushroom flavor. My main dish was cod, which was described as lightly salted. I understand that "lightly salted" has no definition, and everyone's perception of saltiness differs - but for me, while the cod was perfectly cooked, it was also very, very salted, as well as most of the elements of the dish, with the exception of few pieces of potatoes. I guess someone simple went heavy-handed finishing the dish. Good, prompt and friendly service.
