This morning I woke up to my car gone after it got stuck outside my house. No notice on my door no…read morecall, nothing. I had to find out myself they took my car after a few short hours sitting outside. I called them asking if they had it and they said it has been marked for 2 days, this is not the case. They then told me I had to pay $390 for my car that didn't even start. After I paid them the money they should never had got, they showed me to my vehicle that was absolutely covered in a huge plow pile of snow and told me to figure it out myself and if I wanted help that I had to pay them more money. This is outrageous considering I am 18 with no family around and they had taken my car and forced me to pay all that money, lied about the condition it was in as well as how long. They are known for there petty scams and have a tendency of screwing over nice people who are trying to make it in life.
