Thank god the firefighters were called by someone along the road they sent help because we were out in what it felt like -10 degrees around 8:00 pm with our 3 year old stranded. We took it into the mechanic they said our the radiator fan was broken and the coolant hose disconnected from how hot the engine was. We needed to replace the battery because it was also fried due to the overheating. They needed to flush the entire system there was a concoction of fluids/ liquids. This was absolutely done because of the crappy oil change. We got out car back after about 2 weeks . The same day the car started acting up AGAIN so we took it back after paying for a rental for 2 weeks and $1100 for repairs turns out The coolant traveled to the cylinder due to a mixture of different coolants that have been used. Fast forward its 3/6/2026 and our car is still in the mechanic and needs the entire engine replaced. Thousands and thousands of dollars because of your carelessness. You have left a family of 7 ( 5 children) without a car. God almighty will take this matter into his hands. You guys are irresponsible and even if it is not the owners fault train your people better. Shame on you!

When I brought the truck back to them they denied that that manifold was leaking, but also claimed that the noise I was hearing was lifter tick and my engine was failing. Turns out they left the head with stripped threads and 1 bolt just free spinning in the head. They also did not install the head shield correctly. It was missing 1 nut, was crooked , loose and rattling. Prefered Chrysler service called it an absolute hack job. Confirmed the exhaust manifold was leaking, and that my engine was sound. 1 thread was completely stripped out with zero threads left. The hole needed to be heli coiled Do not give this place your business.

I didn't dare take it back to Affordable because the guy said my car was old and said they sold cars there also. I took it to another garage that was closer to home because of the leak I didn't dare drive too far. Well I was told that a clamp was not put back on and that's the only reason it was leaking.
