They left you in the dark. They disliked dealing with the client. You are an annoyance to them. The co-owner/mechanic is knowledgeable, experienced and competent. The work he did was good. He performed the major repairs. However, their only other mechanic? who was left to finish off the repairs did not complete the jobs and his work was left uninspected and unrectified. I had to correct his work and complete the works myself. At $175/hour! Not impressed! They claim it was from a lack of time. False. Time was not the issue, they just didn't care about completing the work, and correctly, needed done to comply with survey. After long a month of waiting, I just left. This was a frustrating, unpleasant, and expensive experience.

According to one of the guys helping out at the booth, they've been in business for over 20 years. Known for their strong hulls, and looking at a closer inspection, you can see why. It's got that "V" look (unlike those sleek power boats) that splits the water, better fuel efficiency, easier in terms of impact thus wear and tear. Just a matter of personal preference as it does look a bit outdated. Call it more family-style lol. Does take several months to come up with the blueprints. But really, they can make the boat, right here in Richmond, for any budget. No pressure, friendly service.

They had 2 sailmakers working on our main and jib to get us back in shape! They were able to order the exact Sunbrella we wanted and had it in 2 days. We were anchored in Montague Harbour with an engine that wouldn't start. After reading numerous…read morereviews online, I'm so glad we called Eagle Eye Marine for help! Nick offered to come right out to help, but we said we were fine for the evening. He and Celine came over early the next morning and he spent a while trying lots of things to get us going by our own power. We have a 30 year old boat with a labyrinthine electrical layout and he helped us understand some of our systems better. When he finally confirmed the problem was the starter he made arrangements with a marina in Sidney to tow us to and also called in a favor with a reputable, but busy, company to have someone come out the next day to replace the starter-- which they did! While Nick and Celine were helping us, they also assisted two other boats. After confirming we were safe, but before the actual tow, they needed to assist the coastguard with a boat that hit a rock and was sinking. Nick dove on the damaged boat and plugged the hole-- then helped them safely get to a marina. The other boat they assisted was mid-tow for us and the family broke down on the water nearby. They flagged down Eagle Eye, Nick got aboard and fixed their boat-- all while Celine continued to expertly tow our 40' sailboat! They then got us safely tied up in a slip in Sidney. So whatever your boat problems are on the water-- we can vouch for their skills and abilities! Plus, they are super nice people and make otherwise stressful situations much easier. True Stich Marine did excellent work on our Bimini enclosure. We were on a time crunch, hoping to…read morego on a week-long boating trip to Desolation Sound and Malcolm Island, when we discovered that our enclosure zipper was ripped and some of our plastic was cracked.
