The woman who helped me today misunderstood my request for a Disposable All in One pod for a single pod when I do Not have a battery. After ringing me up, I open the bag immediately in the parking lot to find my order wrong. She became Very defensive stating "well I did verbally confirm what you wanted!" She then consulted with her manager named Val who didn't even bother to come out and talk to me. Instead, she declined my request to exchange something I purchased 60 seconds ago. Not cool.

They had great deals and were able to have enough stock to not run out. The second time I went there was because of the deals they had for the day. When I got there they didn't have much of the product like they did the first time I went. Did I get there late that had them low on their products? I don't know. But for the sale of the day you promote, it would be nice to keep a heavy stock of it especially if you expect a heavy crowd. I'm thinking it was a one-off and the next time I go it'll be a better experience. The prices are great and the customer service is decent.

I feel like Sam really took the time and patience to help me. She thought she had me figured out then something in the display case caught my eye and BAM! I "zagged" when she thought I would "zig". No worries, she pivoted and began to explain the composition of the spectrum blend of Kanha Restore edibles I was now interested in. Later, I read the back of the package and - DAMN! - Sam NAILED IT! All the benefits she mentioned were listed: gut health, pain, inflammation and anxiety relief. Sam knows her strains! Very cool!
