I did call to cancel service agreement o 1/30/26 and ask for refund. Still have not heard from anyone. Oh by the way, the MFG recomended certifed repair company, HVAC was running again on Monday afternoon. Will not recommend Maynard to anyone. they really do not care.

Another issue came up (minor, but necessary) so we looked around for a different plumber in our area. Found "Above the Rest" via Google and called, booked an appointment. They did a full inspection and diagnosed our issues, eased our worries on some other issues, and we called them back to install a sink which they did shortly after in less than an hour. They also took care of our other issues. Friendly, fast, efficient, and fairly priced. Would recommend to others.
