They responded quickly with an estimate and evaluation of our needs. The tree was nearly 50' and I was very concerned about letting just anyone cut that tree down, I wanted someone insured, very experienced to be sure no one got hurt plus had the right equipment to get it down safely. We also had outdoor structures out there and I didn't want any of those damaged. Once we decided it needed to come down for safety reasons we were lucky enough to be able to fit into their schedule and have now gotten it taken down. I have never seen such careful guys taking care of all our things, making sure to cause the least amount of disruption to our property as possible. Took less than a day and they cleaned up beautifully!!! Thank you to all the guys for being so sweet, nice and careful, for going above and beyond in taking care of our needs, outstanding job!!!! I would definitely not hesitate to use them again, they would be the first call on my list.

On Monday I had Moe's Lawn Care out of Norfolk do our yard. I was specific, even walked around to…read moretell them what to do. I wanted the bushes trimmed and beds cleaned, yard cut weed eated and edged, and the vines cut back and cleaned around the garage. Their website shows all these beautiful lawns they've done. But what you won't see is what they did to my lawn. Their response to my email is that they removed a 6-foot bed of debris out of our yard. My response is I paid $500 for this job to be done and it looks like shit. They didn't even bother to edge or weed eat my lawn. And it looks like the lawn mower they used had dull blades, there's grass sticking up everywhere. And after a lawn is done I don't expect to have to go out and rake up piles that they just left in my yard. I'd love to be able to leave pictures to show the butcher job.
