We've been doing business with RJ Groner for over a decade, and never had a problem they haven't…read morebeen able to repair! More than one time I've needed emergency service and they usually had someone there within hours. This past Sunday, we had an ice/snow storm, and it caused a lot of power outages. Unrelated to the storm, Sunday night my water quit working. I called several Well Pump companies, and most didn't answer or couldn't make it for days. As a long shot, I took a ride to RJ Groner's office, and to my surprise, found that they also did Well Pump work. I never knew that, or they would have been my FIRST CALL! Even though they were short handed because of the storm, in less than 24 hours, they had a crew at my house, checked every component in the system, and replaced my 340' deep well pump! In less time than it took others to call me back, I had running water again thanks to RJ Groner! If I have a problem with heating, cooling or plumbing, they are, and will forever be, my go to company! I have and continue to recommend them to anyone I know that could use their services!
