When we moved to the Woodbury area a couple of years ago, we had to start with a whole new doctor's…read moreoffice. After doctor shopping for about six months, we found that we really liked the HealthEast Woodbury clinic. The doctors and other practitioners are great, for the most part, the clinic is kept very clean and as a patient, you can almost always get same day appointments provided you call in when the appointment line opens at 7:00 am. The only problem I've had so far is the fact that if you or your children are having a checkup/physical, many times, the receptionists won't take a co-pay just in case your particular insurance plan doesn't require one for preventative care. Unfortunately for my family, our insurance makes us pay a co-pay for every appointment, no matter what our reason is for coming in. These unpaid co-pays can add up quickly with two young children and it is rare if I get an actual bill for them and they are soon forgotten. Fast forward to nearly a year later and I get a bill for 3 co-pays that are about to be put into collections. I don't mind having to pay the $60 but I would have liked to have been told before it was at risk of going onto my credit report. The last few checkups we've had have, we have paid a co-pay before seeing a doctor, as we should have from the beginning. Perhaps, their SOP has changed recently or they finally understand that my insurance requires a co-pay for everything. Just make sure that all of your billing stuff is taken care of as we weren't told about any outstanding balance for almost a year, not even when we came in for appointments or called to schedule one. Overall, the HealthEast Woodbury clinic is a convenient, well run clinic. Over the past two years, we've developed a great relationship with our doctors... they even go out of their way to remember things about our family. It's been a generally good experience. Everyone there is just so great. One more tip: come to your appointment maybe 5-10 minutes earlier than you typically would just in case there isn't any parking in the clinic lot and you have to park at the hospital. There is a free valet at the hospital but you'll still have to walk through the hospital to get to the clinic, also just because the valet is free, doesn't mean you don't have to tip. It is pretty embarrassing to have to dig through your car to tip the valet driver in quarters and dimes if you don't carry much cash like me and you don't want to be the yahoo who doesn't tip. So if you don't have money for a tip, park in the hospital lot.

On 1/12/2026 at 6:45am I was supposed to have a doctor appointment with Anthony James Christnovich…read more This was supposed to be a Neurology appointment. To my surprise after driving around for well over 45 minutes not finding this supposed building assuming it clearly doesn't exist. I had even stopped into woodwinds hospital just to be told that I need to drive around to the other side of the building. Because the "renta cops" there could not help me. They refuse to walk me to neurology. Needless to say, I never found this "1875 Woodwinds" address. It CLEARLY doesn't exist! This appointment was made 5 months ago. I'd like to know why the hell I was never notified that this building / address is not in existence! I better NOT be getting charged for this appointment either - because that won't be getting paid! Unprofessionalism is completely ridiculous! (even stopping inside SEVERAL nearby businesses, asking for directions) So apparently I just have to continue living in pain and agony with my feet. Feeling like I'm always walking on hot broken glass, puffiness, redness, hotness and falling and being off balance constantly. Oftentimes I even have to walk and use a cane to stabilize myself enough to balance to even try to walk. So apparently I just have to live with all of this pain because there is no doctor that is able to correct this or help me.

The building is conveniently located just off of Radio Drive. There is a large parking lot with plenty of parking. The building is well lit and everything looks really new. Check in was a simple process as the front desk is just steps from the front door. That process only took a couple of minutes before being directed to where we needed to go for our department. Everything went smoothly and we even were seen early for our appointment. Unsure of the other doctors in the building however the doctor we visited with has excellent reviews. Service was professional and friendly. Not always something that folks look forward to doing, however having a nice and convenient location certainly makes the process easier.

I went it for a simple physical, and the doctor asked me if there was anything I wanted him to look at, I had him look at by scalp and my ear and that resulted in an extra "office visit charge". I was charged for not only an annual physical appointment but an office visit as well. I was told by the billing agency that because I asked about and had the doctor look at my ear and scalp that this resulted in an extra visit charge. I was charged for 2 visits, $515 each and I was there for 1 visit for 20 minutes. I didn't take any doctor recommendations and didn't pickup any prescriptions and I was charged for 2 separate visits. HealthPartners is shady and crooked and I don't ever intend on making another visit there. I'll be finding a new provider.

The customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced. To get a lab request faxed, it…read morerequired 8 phone calls on my part, a portal message to my provider, and a website message. The portal and website messages were never returned. A voicemail left for the triage department was not returned for 2 1/2 days. Because of the lack of follow-through by this clinic, they made me reschedule my appointment with my provider, and my provider did not have any openings for over a month. When the rescheduled appointment finally came around, I sat in the virtual waiting room for 45 minutes. The provider, Ilana Farb, never showed up for my appointment. I was extremely upset, called the clinic to report my missing provider, and couldn't report it to anyone because no one answered the phone. The automated system left me on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. I called again, chose the triage nurse option, and left a voicemail reporting the issue. I said I expected a call back that day. The call never came. The next day I repeatedly called to reach someone, anyone. I was finally connected with a person, who arranged for my provider to call me on her lunch hour. I explained to my provider, Ilana Farb, that it was difficult to trust her care when she doesn't respond to her messages and the clinic provides such poor customer service. She then argued with me and told me I didn't send her a portal message, said I needed to talk with the clinic manager about the customer service issues, and she just wanted to discuss medical issues. She didn't seem to understand that the quality of medical care is unable to be separated from the customer service issues and that the stress of this experience is likely having a massive effect on my hormones. She also did not apologize for not showing up to my appointment the day before. I terminated my medical care with her during this phone call. She ended the call by saying the clinic manager would still call me the next day. Unsurprisingly, the clinic manager did not call. I only wish I had read other reviews before I began with this clinic. Clearly I am not the only person who has received this treatment. Many other patients have reported these same problems and yet this clinic continues to put patients through this. This is very suprising and ironic treatment from a clinic whose mission is creating "a warm and welcoming environment, one in which we can provide the absolute best care available with a focus on your unique needs. We partner with you in your healthcare decisions by listening and responding to your individual concerns." The treatment I received was the exact opposite of this mission statement. I will be filing a complaint with the Minnesota Department of Health. This kind of patient treatment is unacceptable.
