In one case we scheduled a meet and greet with an owner, only to have it cancelled the day before because "they're not taking new clients." Good Dog! returned my calls, and advised us that they couldn't schedule them for awhile (4-6 weeks didn't seem excessive). They suggested new groomers to the area who might see them sooner. I decided that I'd rather work with them as they communicated so professionally. Our kids came back snowy white and smelling unbelievably nice! Prices were double what we paid in WI, but that seems to be a regional issue. We're grateful that they found a place for us.

Picked up my dog from the groomer this afternoon. I am very well satisfied with working through…read moreour scheduling issues. The groomer was extremely accommodating. However, I didn't realize until I got the dog in the car how badly his grooming looked. He has some patches of hair that are longer than others. In particular on his rear back area above right back leg. Also, his ears were cut all choppy instead of leaving the hair one length and just trimming the ends. He also has a tuft of hair on top of his head that is longer. I will have to fix this up myself. I don't know if this was done because of my last review or just the groomer having a bad day. I hope this is not done to my poor little puppy again. I hate to put him through the process of grooming and then have to go through it again when I get him home.
