Very friendly and great experience. They were able to accommodate our big party. The trails were fun and the evening ride is definitely recommended.

We had SO much fun on this tour. People are grouped into bunches of up to approximately 12, and then are further segragated into groups of approximately 4. On the trail, the guides assess your driving ability and then regroup the pairs of people such that each pair is coupled with another of comparable riding ability. Because we have considerable experience on motorcycles and ATVs, we really appreciated not having to drive at a snail's pace or stop frequently due to other customers overly cautious driving. On the other hand, I'm sure those who have little to no experience on these types of vehicles were happy to take a slow and leisurely pace in which they could sight see and feel extremely safe. Jason, our guide, was really cool! Pro tip: Tip your guides in cash.

I did a tour with Colten and it was amazing!!! The route was so beautiful and we get to do mountain terrain which was amazing and exciting! The group only have about 4 riders for each group which make that pretty awesome to get to know each other.

This was a great way to get some quality snowmobile time under your belt in VT! They did a great job of scheduling, preparing us, and taking the necessary safety precautions. I also really REALLY appreciate how they separate the groups by skill-level(it's pretty obvious what persons are looking for what type/difficulty/intensity of an experience), which made a huge difference and got everyone exactly what they wanted! Couldn't say better things about the people and place!!

Thru won't talk to you on the phone abs tell you that you need to text them the info for a pick up…read moreand then they made me feel like it was inconvenient to pick me up. Like, isn't that your job?

Unethical pricing and lack of transparency…read more I had contacted Neil's Wheels for a ride to the airport and was told he would connect me to a driver who would give me a private ride to the airport for $110. (I explicitly asked if there would be a discount if I shared with another person as I was riding solo.) Joy quoted me $110 for a 1 person ride. A few minutes before picking me up, she told me the ride would be shared. I asked if there would be a discount given that I was told by Neil who connected us that my ride would be private. Joy then attempted to gaslight me into saying she gave me a below market price by charging me $110 for one seat in a shared ride. That made zero sense bc my ride to Stowe was $120 for a private ride and other companies had quoted me $110 for a private ride. I then had to spend my remaining vacation time picking up other people and listening to Joy chitchat with the other riders for the entirety of what I thought would be a quiet private ride. The ethical price per person for a shared ride would be $60-70 as is done in cabs to EWR in NYC that are $125 for a private ride. Really disappointed that Stowe businesses would try to scam tourists like this. Furthermore, during the ride, a woman called asking if Joy had a car for her mom as the woman had confirmed via text. I saw on the screen that the woman actually had texted Joy back and Joy failed to follow up. Joy hung up on the woman.
