The man I got on the phone in the office was a D-bag! Instead of saying "He's already on another job and let me see if I can help" he replied with "He's already in Canton, I can't just send him back. I described the issue on the phone, asked if it was worth fixing, they said yes, came out, assessed the job (and I asked again if it was worth fixing to which he said yes) and ordered the part. Rescheduled, came out again a few days later, said I wasn't shutting the unit properly (i was). He then " discovered something else " that needed fixed. Unit worked for 4 weeks. Found my food spoiled + milk curdled today, again. $350 later.
