Daniil got back to us within hours and offered to come same day, describing what he expected to…read morefind based on my detailed information, and what he would do. We couldn't do same day, so we met the following morning. Just as hoped, the guy kept it straightforward, honest, helpful and as described. A little context: Originally Sears was out (yes, they still exist). Having repaired a few refrigerators, garage doors and operator control boards myself over the years, I knew things weren't right with these Sears guys (yes, plural -- well, one in training, poor sod). They weren't dishonest, really, just excessive. Especially with cost (...pretty obviously constrained by dinosaur policy -- what felt geared towards getting a fleeced customer to buy a new appliance from Sears). The Sears guys estimated a four-figure two-man project, including for two off-the-shelf generic machine screws, $37 each, parts only. (Still had to pay them for coming out.) Bless their little hearts. I can see how people get bamboozed by this blue-shirted Sears "professionalism". Hearing good things, I contacted Daniil. And in a little more than a day, paid an eighth of the price for way more, better, no-nonsense, good natured, in-and-out service. With warranty. (Sears' job was to be "As-is" for an older-ish appliance in excellent condition.) We're grateful, Daniil -

We determined it wasn't the washer (it was a drain hose issue). But after he left the washer wouldn't work at all. I panicked a bit and called in and texted asking them to send him back. The man I got on the phone in the office was a D-bag! Instead of saying "He's already on another job and let me see if I can help" he replied with "He's already in Canton, I can't just send him back. He's working on a $15,000 appliance job. He's an expert on those machines. He'll have to call you" It wasn't only WHAT he said, but HOW he said it. Super dismissive. Well thanks for letting me know I'm not important because my washer wasn't worth $15,000. Dean called me back and explained that I had to unplug and reset the controls and everything was fine. Why couldn't the guy on the phone just say "He's at another site, but I will find out what's wrong and call you right back or send someone else" Dean you were great, your manager....not so much.

The tech finally came out the following week, then came in and squatted down and texted in some notes. Said the dishwasher wasn't fixable (2 year old Bosch that the weld failed). However he submitted his notes caused AllState to deny the claim as accidental - which it wasn't. But Allstate won't review again. I will not use this company in the future.

This is for Mr. Appliance of Medina but I could not find them here on Yelp…read more First time customer and I will NEVER call them again. I am a single parent as my wife died last year. I told them I would not be home but I have a house helper that will be there at that time. They told me they would call while on their way to let me know they were en route. However, come to find out, the call while they are on their way was actually to confirm AGAIN, while they are on their way, that someone will be there and that they will NOT stop at the location unless someone confirms a second time. This was not my understanding. I had my phone with me at work and checked it throughout the day. I could not have the ringer on because I work with patients and have to keep in on silent but I do check it throughout the day. I did see ONE phone call with a voicemail and ONE text message, which I had missed. I called back but it was too late ... they said I had to reschedule. I got a call the next day from a lady who apologized but then she just ARGUED with me repeatedly. She insisted that she called multiple times. I double and triple checked my missed call log and voice mails. Indeed, ONE call and ONE voice mail. She continued to argue, saying "I called multiple times. I can show you a screenshot that shows I called multiple times." Ok, you do NOT argue with a customer like that. I later got a text message from her that started with an apology but then delved into defensiveness again. Again, in the text after saying "Sorry," she said "We called a handful of times and got nothing." I responded to her text saying that I would not do business with them and told her to not argue with a customer. I thought that was the end of it. It was not. Incredibly, she then called me back AGAIN (bad idea) to "apologize" but ended up defending herself even more in the same breath. She said "I'm sorry but I did call multiple times." I told her it's not an apology if she immediately says "But" and then just keeps defending herself. I told her that is a disingenuous apology. I told her, I have worked in customer service and have done service recovery, you do not apologize to a customer and then say "But" and then just defend yourself. That is not good customer service. I could not believe this, she defended herself AGAIN after this, saying, "Do I not have the right to defend myself?" And, incredibly, "I won't send it to you, but I did take a screenshot. It shows that I did call multiple times." She just WOULD NOT STOP defending herself. She could not stop. And when I told her AGAIN that she keeps acting defensive she sort of scoffed at me. This is an example of very bad customer service. I will NEVER call this company again and have already told people to not call them.
