    The week I moved in to the Harrison apartments the steel carport overhead fell on my car. Stout Management company has not cooperated with myself or my insurance company. No one has contacted me and no assistance has been offered.

    Evidence of their idiocy, they claim I paid late BUT IT WAS ON AUTOPAY!!!!!!!!!

    I have rented for 20 years and never have I encountered a worse landlord. These people are not only extremely greedy, they're absolutely trash at the actual management aspect of the job. Public spaces are in disrepair and there are numerous safety hazards throughout the complex. There's one house with a garage door that has been visibly trashed for four months, no repairs attempted. Internal repairs are even more pathetic. We had a toilet paper roll holder that came off the wall so instead of doing it myself, I called them. They came over and "fixed" it by literally putting a single screw on each side into loose drywall and it obviously broke off soon after. In this particular place I was here for four years before Stout came in, my rent was never raised. These jerks come in and raise rent their very first month. Then this year, rent is being raised $200! They are so incompetent that even their letters are evidence of their lack of intelligence or professionalism. Also, note that there's no contact info or any way to actually sign a new lease on this letter. It was literally just this single sheet in an envelope. Anyone who works for this pathetic organization should quit. They literally go out of their way to make people's lives more difficult. What an awful company. Avoid at all costs.

    I have been trying to get the Palms Manager Leidy Leana-Solis to fix an issue whereby sand and dust blows into the apartment through the windows accumulating on the window sill and ledge. Worse during these past 3 monsoon rain storms a flood of water flowed through the windows down the walls and onto the carpet risking an electrical fire mishap. The rainfall flooding occurs throughout the entire apartment windows. This manager, who is new to the complex, ignores my emails, reacts falsely when the Stout Property Management Office calls her with lies about vendors that fix nothing, sends her onsite maintenance crew who only take pictures, comes over herself and does the same and nothing happens. This has been going on since the end of July 2022 and as of today Friday August 19 2022 nothing has been done and my emails go unanswered by both the property manager Leidy Leana-Solis and Stout Property Management customer service. My calls to Stout Property Management customer service have proved to be fruitless. I guess I have to request for a Clark County tenants inspection rights notice to be delivered to the Apartment Complex Owner, Stout Property Management and consult a lawyer, this is not right, not right at all. Wish I could show photos, the Video footage it's much more clearer, the same footage i tried to show the property manager who in turn just glanced at and walked away. Their latest email regarding this issue (August 24 2022) is ridiculous and full of lies, apparently there is no issue with the windows or roof but they need to clean the gutters which is ridiculous because how in the hell do gutters allow sand and water through the windows in the first place, this is ridiculous, how the hell does sand and water flow into the apartment if there is no issue with the windows themselves. If the gutters are the issue how come the water flowing into the apartment is clear and not dirty???

    I live at the Olive Grove Apartments I have been trying to contact corporate for a while now every time I call the corporate number they gave me the wrong email that doesn't work. And I have ask the manager several times but the email that they given me is not the right one. I've been here two years when Donna and Maria was here these apartments where everything I didn't have to think about moving the new manager I'm ready to move She not managing these apartments right and I'm not the only tenant in these apartments that feel this way. And the maintenance is better now than it has ever been that Jessie not here

    They are corporate so when you have an issue be prepared to deal only with those for help Bad business practices not answering

    They don't manage. They are inconsistent and unsupportive of their renters. Please rent somewhere else for your own sanity.

We called three times and every time was someone from an answering service and like robots (cold voices) were asking the same three questions. 1) give me your name and last name 2) give me your email address & 3) give me your phone number. And you are wondering what for, since nobody calls you back. Anyway we found some other property management who the owner answer the phone and with a few minutes we transferred our rental house to him.
