Furthermore, I was not alerted to a failed transaction until after the payment was already past due, preventing me from resolving the balance on time. Consequently, I was unfairly charged an NSF fee for a processing error I wasn't given the opportunity to correct. read more

I'm going to start this review off with some background. My mother was brutally murdered in October. She was loved and cherished by everyone she knew. A quick Google search would divulge some of the horrible details by way of news stories. However, it's obvious to me that this company, Keller-Williams is so beyond predatory that it doesn't care about anything other than money. It's sure as hell doesn't care about harassing a grieving family during one of the darkest periods in their lives. They send out so many people to come and try to scam you out of your families possessions and property. Today while I was working, I received a call from an unknown number, I couldn't answer so I sent it straight to. Voicemail and it hung up and IMMEDIATELY called back which also went to voicemail. A few hours later, the number called again and again, I sent it to voicemail where immediately they hung up and called back yet again. This time I answered and. I couldn't be more appalled. Greg Benner is probably one of the biggest pieces of excrement I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. He couldn't be bothered to do his research before jumping into his spiel about how he wanted to help me sell my mother's home. But he could research my name and phone number. He couldn't even be bothered to figure out our relationship. Nice. Not only did he ruin my already hectic and exhausting morning, he spat on our grief with his slimy sales pitch to help me dispose of my mother's property. In the meantime, another cockroach from another KellerWilliams office decided she was gonna text me for the same purpose. It's left enough of a sour taste in my mouth that I would never use Keller Williams, nor would I ever buy a house or have anything to do with any property they are managing and I've made sure my family won't either. Would give zero stars if possible. And I'll be looking into how to report Greg Benner for harassment. Especially since he called and hung up multiple times- which if I were on do not disturb would have interrupted something important. Not that he already didn't with his incessant calls. read more

BEWARE!! Realtor Cheryl Mahar is either incompetent or deceitful. Wrote a Sales Contract which was accepted and then tried to include Inspection which was Not included. Used lame excuses. Finally had to address, strongly, with Broker to get the Inspection negated. Would you use a Realtor who potentially threatened the transaction...and tried to deny it. A written Contract is not a trivial matter especially when it involved Hundreds of dollars. Whether a Buyer or Seller you should seek a more Professional Realtor/Broker. read more

Greg Benner, Keller Williams - total slim ball. Called my daughter about a probate listing for her grandfather. She is currently deployed in the US army in Poland and could not come home for her grandfathers funeral, a decorated veteran of WWII. She is not listed on the probate documents so he had to dig pretty deep. Called 5 times, mind you Poland is 12 hrs different. Left her in tears!!!!! Just received an unsolicited phone call from "Elizabeth" at Keller Williams "phishing" to become the agent to sell our home. Our house is not for sale! It was on the market briefly earlier in the year and we already have a listing agent. This is not the first call we have received from this or other realty offices, and what they are doing is illegal. They should be contacting the original listing agent, not the homeowner. They are not supposed to have access to our personal info either, but they are even calling my teenage daughters cell phone. I hear "all the realtors are doing it" from people in the industry, but that doesn't make it right. Quit phishing expired listings KW! Dalal Hicks was the agent we were lucky enough to work with! She was AMAZING!! And when I say lucky, I mean we felt lucky! My partner and I commented over and over that we were blessed to have met her at an open house she was at. Dalal helped us all the way through the entire process of buying our new home and made it easy and fun! We looked at a lot of houses! Much more than normal, I think. OK, we looked at a zillion houses. My boyfriend and I made the decision to buy a home, great right? Unfortunately, we didn't have the best experience. Our actual home buying process was relatively easy, however, our agent was horrible. I received Zachary Raineys from Keller Williams Realty's information via a mutual friend. High kudos about what an awesome guy he was. At first, I would easily agree with this assumption. He seems super friendly, night, courteous and even bought us coffee during our first meeting. He promised us the world, and said "I've never been fired before, but if I don't live up to your expectations I'll rip our contract up!" Mind you, this was after asking my boyfriend to sign a contract he wasn't entirely comfortable with signing after having had an hour long conversation with the guy and not seeing what he had to offer yet. Zach was speedy in getting us listings, but they just weren't AMAZING listings. We set up to see houses the next day, and he even got us into a house that required 24 hours notice within 12 hours of me finding it. Great! When we made the offer on the house, he was confident and helped guide our path. However, upon the owners accepting our offer his professionalism and accountability quickly began dwindling. When looking at the house we noted duplicate appliances in the house/garage and promised to get us clarification on what was and wasn't staying. He failed to do this, and we found out AFTER the appraisal that we would have to then turn around and drop 3,000 plus on new appliances we didn't budget for. He promised to fight left and right to ensure things were handled by the homeowners (which weren't), he promised to pay for things to be fixed which we were concerned with (which he hasn't) and he promised to make sure things got done right! Instead, we spent days trying to get ahold of him and couldn't. Scheduled our closing 3 different times, and moved into a house without water for 5 days because he didn't tell us when the house recorded and when we could enter it prior to the water company closing for a 4 day holiday weekend. When he did finally get to us, we got a code to our garage, no photo with our house to celebrate, horrible communication, and had to get our own keys. Our gate code doesn't work, and he constantly just said 'Don't worry guys! It's fine!" Zach is not a trushtworthy guy, as he'll change his mind quickly on what he wants. Do you want to discuss professionalism? He'll show up at your walk through wearing joggers, a band t-shirt, and a baseball cap, then use the bathroom in your house while he's "locking up" and thinks you've left. He'll ghost you for days, and he'll make sure you have to ask about things AT LEAST 3 times before anything gets done. Overall, buying the house would have been really simple with an agent with immensely better communication skills. I would NOT recommend him as an agent to anyone looking. Not unless you want to do his job for him while he makes about 7,000 off your work. read more

This real estate company sold my home in just 3 weeks. The only problem was that they did not do all their due diligence and because of it I never got back all my money's that the buyer owed to me. I was supposed to get back my Ernest deposit for the rent back of $ 10,000, all I got back was $ 5,000 and I had to pay $ 2000 to the law firm I had to hire to even get me the 1/2. The buyer was furious with the realtor, Hayden as well as the broker Sharon and took all his fustration out on me. Well as least Keller Williams got their $ 16,000 commission. This agency is dispicable with absolutely no concious at all and they should have their license revoked. read more

I have had such a pleasurable experience working with Lisa Hendley at Keller Williams. I'm not so avid about writing reviews, but I feel like it should be known that my wife and I made the decision to purchase a home, the largest purchase we make in our entire lives, and it was clearly the right decision BECAUSE of Lisa Hendley. She is not a high pressure used car salesman, she is a real person that wants to make sure you are getting what you want and the way you want it. She's not in a rush and very down to earth. Both my wife and I were VERY please to work with such a wonderful person. I understand that in the end she is a person trying to make a living, but she deserved every penny that she received through our transaction. You can immediately recognize how experienced she is and how much she cares about how happy you are about your purchase. I can't say enough good things about her. :D read more

The second agent, Ciarra Craig, blatantly refused to ever explain anything to me throughout the process. She willfully withheld vital information regarding the propriety. When I reported it to their boss, Vera Comport, the broker of this office, she ignored me completely and refused to help. After that, Vera, approached me and said: "You can't bother the office workers."I answered her: "This is my first time, who will help me, and secondly I didn't bother him it was a minute only! .A few days later, I told her that I was going to make an open house, asked for advice, because this is my first time, she gave me no advice or guidance. She just said go there and that's it. The house sold thank to me. Then I have other business for sale (again 1 of my friend) VERA didn't help at all and I find myself loosing this business. instead of being helping, and happy that I bring business, she did' the opposite. Tanya is a good listener, and she always patiently listens to our questions before giving us detailed answers and explanations. After knowing clearly about what type of house we were looking for, Tanya began doing her extensive research by providing us with a title report of the target property that met our criteria as well as the comparables of the properties in the neighborhood. I was contacted by one of the agents, by the name of Tanya Michaels, who continually hounded me for my business. I had previously had my home listed by another agent but had taken my home off the market and instead chose to have a renter live in my home. Tanya swore up and down that she would be able to sell my home, even with a renter in the home, she insisted it was easy and that she had done it before. Eight months later my home has only been shown 14 times, never by one of their agents, and as soon as the potential homebuyer discovered there was a renter they were no longer interested. The Michaels group never did any of the leg work, I was constantly having to get involved with contacting the renter to set up times for other agents to bring clients by for showings, to which my renter became angry and made my situation even worse as a landlord. Both Tanya Michaels and Michael Henderson refused to return any of my emails or phone calls expressing my concern for the property and what was going on. I contacted them to end my contract because they have not done one thing they promised to do, and instead they have responded that I owe them $1,500.00. Very unprofessional standard of customer service, I feel that they like to take advantage of elderly people and only see dollar signs, not human beings. I would not advise using David Radcliffe. This was my first time selling a home and I learned from day one when he showed up late and completely rushed my signing and photo appointment it would be a short lived working relationship. I had many questions and was eager to do what it took to sell my home. As I sat there reading through my contract he went through the house taking photos. When he finished, I thought we'd chat for a bit and go over my concerns/ questions and I'd have the opportunity to approve the pictures. But no. He had to rush off to another appointment! Upon checking online sites the next day, I saw he had uploaded blurry photos and left out some key shots. Never did he arrange or even suggest an open house. Did not strongly suggest a sign, or for me to first trim and clean up my front yard...In fact he offered no suggestions or guidance, but rather just took the listing. In 3 weeks I had 3 showings. In addition, the price was set too high. I trusted that he was working for me and surely knew what was best. When I asked him what the feed back was from the 3 agents that did show my home, he never replied. Needless to say I released him, and went with Berkshire Hathaway.
