He did all my check ups during my last pregnancy, has sat through my weeping, and will discuss anything. I always get more than the ten minutes whenever I'm there, we seem to go off at tangents. I think we just 'click'. the other main doctor is also very good although entirely different, and there's another part timer. The receptionists have their own personalities but are very good. When I'm in here, I bump into lots of people I know. We all think the surgery is great. My daughter is registered here also. If you're in Poole and need a doctor, this is the place to go.

I would never think of changing. The nurse is lovely and the receptionists are very helpful and the lady doctor has helped my mother through her injuries and health problems as if it were her own mother. I can't say enough good about this practise, they are all wonderful.

For nervous patients the far end of the waiting area has a lovely fish tank, popular with children and next to a good selection of childrens toys. The surgery operates a touch screen booking in service, which means no more queues to book in with the receptionist! They also have an intercom system which saves the staff time as your name comes across a tannoy into the waiting area advising you which treatment room to go into. The staff are generally all very friendly, and although it is quite a modern surgery it has all the personal touches you would associate with a traditional one!

Now ive found the cosmetic clinic i wont be going anywhere else definately my favourite Cinic with a pleasant room which is spotlessly clean and relaxing to be in and friendly staff. I know, you think I'm making this up or that I'm related to them but honestly they're for real. Now, I'm not exactly in and out of there every week but the times I have been I've never had a bad or even a slightly 'off' experience. When I needed a referral to Frimley they sorted it out so quickly, and the aftercare was so good I meant to send them a thank you card, but of course I forgot and I'd look mental if I sent it now

There are a few dpwnsides, but they do tent to niggle a little bit The parking is shared with a few other surgerys so can be VERY VERY busy and it sounds a bit silly when you type it, but die to the higher average age of the patients, I find it rather uncomfy going with my daughter, she does tend to get a few scowls whilst she is busy playing in the childrens play area-which wouldn;t be so bad if they ran to time On the upside though Good doctors, so can;t be all bad!
