Awfull practice, i requested document regarding my illness and ended up getting a phone call from a receptionist or other person that was not the gp, she started making remarks towards my character and extracted personal information from patient records into a non pleasant conversation totally re incriminating me on the phone, the office is open and you can easily hear what goes on, i dont want to know how many people heard here chatting about personal business that i though the gp and me only had in knowledge.
The lady absolutely breached the patient trust, after complaining to the pct nothing happened as they did not take any action.
i would not recommend this gp surgery at all, you know that the receptionists and staff don't take patients safety and right to privacy seriously when someone starts reading your file and use it to put you down, BEWARE!!!
She warned me that in the records there was bad things about me.... she obviously like reading the papers at night time???
not nice, the lady whos in charge of reception is the one...dont trust her, she has nothing to do else than discriminating patients, and are running the place in a weird style.
