I chose them because they made me feel very comfortable, and confident in their ability to deliver what I wanted, but also they fully understood any concerns I had and appreciated all the questions I asked. Nothing was too much trouble. I feel the level of service I received fully justified the cost, and it was in line with other orthodontic practices. The staff are friendly and helpful, no question is too silly and they take the time to explain the process and discuss any concerns you may have. The facilities are in Chichester are extremely well maintained, and welcoming, as are the reception staff. The care throughout my treatment has been first rate. Alastair, (the founder of the practice), has a fantastic patient rapport, which makes you feel at ease and never under pressure. Each question and decision made through my treatment was discussed and I felt very much included and empowered with the process. Nicky the treatment coordinator, who we met first, was extremely helpful, understanding, took time to explain all the processes involved with the treatment plan. We felt she was open and honest regarding all aspects of the procedure, and we did not feel pressured into saying yes, or making a decision there and then. We were able to go away to reflect and discuss in private all areas of the treatment plan, as this is such a big commitment, financially and emotionally. The practice is very modern, clean and contemporary, and extremely professional, as are all the staff. Very happy with my new smile and much better looking teeth.
