It's not with great relish I write this but I feel I have to express my regret and disappointment somewhere I'm not going to be repaid in any sum or further treatment so this seems the only channel left. It was sometime ago (3 years) since I got my treatment done 6 veneers at a cost of £600 per veneer (plus whitening) - the colour is far too 'cosmetic' (very white) and seemed out of step with the rest of my teeth (one of the front is also slightly wonky, but that's forgivable) - I did flag up my concerns at the time and even got a second opinion who recommended I started from scratch. One of the fangs has also began to be worn down, possibly the durability of the material used. I've tried my best to get used to them but I've remained a bit embarrassed by them which certainly wasn't the idea and will have to get them replaced with more natural looking setthis will obviously cost me a small fortune. I had perfectly healthy teeth before and understand I rushed into it a bit more care and advice on the dentists part would've gone far asking what I thought I wanted sort of defeats the object of an expert being the main driver in the situation. I was inexperienced, naive and concerns were not fully addressed. I wouldn't recommend Stardent because at the end of the day, I'm £3,600+ out of pocket and less happy now than I was before that's what it really comes down to. What a waste. I accept partial culpability in this but think it was poorly handled with premium products like this you need to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and I don't think Stardent provide that unless you're after a Simon Cowell-esque smile. When they first mentioned about Acupuncture to relieve my dental anxiety i wasn't 100% sure if it would have any effect at all. I chatted more about it with the nurse and decided to give it a go as i do get stressed out about visits to the dentist. Well i have to say i couldn't quite believe that a few little needles completely chilled me out. I'd really recommend this compared with other sedation methods! read more

I went to Stardent a few weeks ago to have route canal treatment done with the laser technology. I have a friend who had this done the traditional way of drilling and i have to say my experience with the laser treatment sounded a lot less dramatic and scary. For quite major treatment i had very little pain and recovery time after it. Its expensive though! read more

The people here are AMAZEBALLS! what they did to my teeth was amazing! I chipped a tooth on a piece of hard chocolate I know. Anyway I went to get it sorted and ended up having whitening treatment as well. OH MY GOD. you wont believe how good it looks. I'm flashing my pearly smile everywhere now. Look out boys! read more

A really good atmosphere is the best thing about this place. They know sometimes going to a dentist can be nerve racking but everyone's smiling and makes the effort to speak to you around the building. It's a fun place to visit, I imagine it's a really fun place to work too! read more

I like dr taylor, he's never one to lecture you or condescend. I'd recommend this clinic for all those people who've had to suffer those intolerable dentists who make you feel like your back at school. I'm glad to have found this clinic. read more
