He did much more than the bare minimum, taking the time to move possessions out of the frame before shooting and thinking through the shots and angles rather than just picking opposite corners to shoot from like many real estate photography services. I am meticulous about wanting jobs done right the first time and up to my exacting standards, so I only hire Eric because I know and trust him. He listens, has fair pricing, and walks me through the projects to ensure my expectations are fulfilled. I ask many questions, and he is patient and answers them thoroughly. I appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism and that he is very neat and organized, providing high-quality work every time.! Equally important is that he is dependable and shows up when he promises. He has done everything from installing recessed lighting throughout my entire house (no easy task with extremely high, slanted, cathedral ceilings) and garage, installing plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures, and everything in between--even hanging my artwork. Most recently a refrigerator on the top floor was hooked up improperly, causing water to slowly leak in between the wall and down to my second floor below. It suffered a good deal of water intrusion damage to two door frames, surrounding walls, and ceiling. He did an excellent job repairing/replacing the door frames and fixing the rest of the damage. I am so relieved that it looks new again, with no detectable previous damage. Thanks, Eric, for another excellent job!

He handled the permit process with Sonoma County, which was more challenging than any of us thought it would be. Otis is so patient, and he explains things so thoroughly, and he's easy to understand. He has worked with us on every detail of our home with the utmost of professionalism. Whenever we call him, he is very quick to respond to us. That is a big plus!! Otis recommended a couple contractors to install our house. We selected one that we feel very comfortable with, Luis Carrillo who owns Global Impact Construction, Inc. In fact, our foundation was just finished this week. Bottom line is this: Hybrid Prefab Homes is the best! I'll attach photos once our ADU is delivered and installed. Ellie & Don Mitchell

This was my first home purchase and Otis helped me through the process, explaining things I did not understand and went above and beyond in making sure all details were addressed. The home had been staged before I bought it. Though holes were patched and painted, the paint used did not quite match. Otis arranged to have the interior repainted right away at their cost during Thanksgiving week, as I was already scheduled to move in shortly after. His attention to detail and follow up is something I appreciate. The home itself is a Silvercrest home and higher quality than others available out there. I highly recommend this company!
