After finding the company on google I checked them out with The Better Business Bureau, read reviews, verified their insurance and license and everything checked out positive. Angel arrived promptly for the free estimates, he explained what was needed and gave us a price. We hired Vera to complete a siding repair and it was completed in an orderly and timely manner. Because of all of the above we hired Vera Construction again to replace our roof. Both estimates were very good and both jobs were completed with their own professional crew! I would recommend Vera Construction to family, friends and neighbors.

If you'd like to see that or copies of our back and fourth text messages begging him to return let me know. He even said he'd be back out and never came after a partial finalization visit. That is unacceptable. It also took over two and a half months to get our 50+ year GAF warranty despite multiple request after being told it could take up to 30-days. This type of behavior is not what I sensed from him initially when he stood in my kitchen and promised me he was a hands on manager of his crew who would be here throughout. He was here periodically but they were here sux days after he promised they'd be done in 3.5 days max. And, weather played only a small isolated role in that. Email me at seemefly06@msn.com if you have any questions. And, I have proof to back up every single thing I've stated here. On a positive note his crew was great. They were respectfully kind, cleaned the grounds well before leaving each day and kept me informed as things progressed. In kind, I baked cookies and provided other snacks and beverages throughout all six days. And, that is how we feel we should have been treated by their boss... respectfully.

After a major storm left our roof damaged, Micah stepped in right away. He performed a detailed inspection, carefully documented all the wind damage, and walked us step-by-step through the insurance claim process. Having someone with Micah's expertise made a massive difference--he ensured nothing was missed and handled everything with absolute professionalism, transparency, and integrity. The Roof Strong crew was equally fantastic. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and restored our roof with top-notch craftsmanship. What impressed us most was their post-job cleanup: anyone who has had a roof replaced knows stray nails can be a major hazard for tires and pets, but their cleanup was so thorough that minimal to no nails were left behind anywhere! If you have storm or wind damage and need a roofing company that will advocate for you and deliver outstanding work from start to finish, ask for Micah Rich at Roof Strong. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
