Called them because they carry the brand and type of fence we wanted. Came out for an estimate, quote was reasonable. Of course, lead times these days are a supply chain issue but the fence was installed sooner than the expectations they set. The team that arrived was very professional, great people, got to work and it looks great. It was a small job but really looks great and finishes off the look of the house/property. More importantly, we now have a backyard oasis with some privacy for the hot tub. Super easy to do business with. When they called to settle up, I was asked how we pleased we were and to make sure we were 100% satisfied. If you need or want a fence - these are your people!

We were pleased to learn the long time employee who managed our 1st install is now the owner! We actually chose 2 different types of fence, black iron and vinyl privacy. The look is great, the crew left no mess, and the whole thing is rock solid! Highly reccommend them.

You've got to straighten it out or replace sections and posts. This year my old wood fence just got old and rotted. I called four fence companies and got estimates. I chose Agawam Jeff And Erica are unbelievable to work with. They were the most professional and down to earth team I could ever hoped to work with. Quality product that won't change year after year like Home Depot. When your fence has a tree limb fall and break it Home Depot carries a different brand almost every year. Sure it will work but it won't match. The color even white has many shades. The team at Agawam gave me a price that didn't change and a start date that was kept. The fence team took down my fence and removed it quickly. They methodically lined my yard and went over any last minutes changes or concerns I might have. This fence is just really something that changed my entire backyard. It looks perfect. Jeff and Erica thanks you and your team for all that you did .

Had a really good experience with these guys…read more We had previous fence work done by a local Port Fence company and it was outstanding. They were quick, efficient and even constructed an awesome and very reasonably priced outdoor shower based on some pictures we showed them. We reached out to this Port Fence company again for another project and they were a little show getting here for the estimate, but were again very professional and we thought we were on our way. We waited a few weeks for the estimate, inquired about its ETA, then waited a few more weeks, then a few more weeks. I eventually called and left a message explaining that if they were too busy, no worries, just let me know or give me a timetable and maybe we can still make it happen...but to please let me know either way. No return call. Times are good now and people have money to spend and businesses get busy. Eventually times change and businesses struggle to find customers and build relationships...this Port Fence company really alienated not only a solid customer, but lots of other potential customers, including a large fence project on a 1mm dollar house the owners of which were clients of my wife (essentially a large referral pool vanished instantly). Just a really foolish unforced error and a bizarre way to run a business. But I digress. Agawam came, gave a solid bid, maintained great communication and did exceptional work. I was worried that their may be some communication issues as the workers seemed to struggle with English, but the owner explained what the plan was and these guys killed it. I think management might have changed since the poorer reviews were posted as the company was acquired by the owner of a landscape company, who I dealt with and, I believe, is on site at the beginning of every project. Brought to you with generous support from the Titanic Nut Company.
