He showed up on time and we walked through my property and discussed what I wanted and where I wanted it placed. He also showed us a brochure that had many styles and colors of fencing to choose from. Kirt promised that the job would be done in one day, very convenient for me as I was on vacation that week and did not want to sit at home for a couple of days! Kirt and his crew showed up at 7:00 am on the agreed upon date, and true to his word, were finished by 4:30 pm. When they were done you would never would have known that anyone was there. They cleaned the area, washed the fence and wrapped up and put away my garden hoses. Before he left he said that if we ever, ever had any problems, to call him and they would take care of it. Several days later I received a quote by US Mail from Reliable Fence of Woburn Mass... The quote was $2526, which seemed like a high price, as I received a quote from another Fence company for $2600, for the same amount of fence. If Reliable Fence stood behind their $20% discount, that would be $200 off each $1000, of which was not set in the quote. I expected to get a quote for $500 off the average price, which did NOT happen. Reliable Fence lost me as a customer because they were not fair with their quote.
