I had a very disappointing experience with this company…read more I signed up for their service at approximately $400 per month because they were supposed to build and manage a website that would help generate traffic for my business. They built the website within a couple of weeks, but then approximately three weeks went by with basically no progress. The website wasn't even published during that time. I finally contacted them myself and asked what was going on. I was told they were having internal problems within the company. Only after I complained did they finally publish my website. Unfortunately, once it went live, I found numerous errors and mistakes. Then I was charged another $400. Within just a couple of days of seeing the published website, I contacted them and explained that I was not satisfied with the service, didn't want to continue, and wanted my money back. They refused to give me a refund. That's the part that really bothered me. I had already paid while the website sat unpublished for weeks, and then I was charged another $400 when the website was finally published. Just a couple of days later, I told them I wanted to cancel, but they still refused to refund that payment. My problem isn't simply that I didn't like the website. It's the entire experience: weeks with little or no progress, the website remaining unpublished, poor communication, being told about internal company problems, errors and mistakes when the site finally went live, another $400 charge, and then a refusal to refund me when I canceled only a couple of days later. Based on my personal experience, I would not use this company again. If you're considering working with them, I strongly suggest getting the exact timeline, monthly deliverables, cancellation terms, and refund policy in writing before paying.
