My fiance and I recently had a wonderful experience with Tim Toms during our engagement photo…read moreshoot. Tim is very professional and easy to work with. I liked that he was organized, with an itinerary of places to go and a print-out of ideas for poses. We both felt very VIP, as Tim had created custom props for us involving our last name, the wedding date, and our wedding colors. He also encouraged us to contribute with ideas and props of our own.

They have done everything they said they would do for a fraction of the price of the other company I had. Then in 2021 I hired them to make a new website for a different business and set me up with SEO. So far they have made me a great website and now they are in the process of setting up my SEO and getting me registered in all the directories. They are very easy to work with and advanced at working with web design and SEO, Oh and I can't forget to say there prices are more then worth the work and knowledge they have in there field. I had a very disappointing experience with this company…read more I signed up for their service at approximately $400 per month because they were supposed to build and manage a website that would help generate traffic for my business. They built the website within a couple of weeks, but then approximately three weeks went by with basically no progress. The website wasn't even published during that time. I finally contacted them myself and asked what was going on. I was told they were having internal problems within the company. Only after I complained did they finally publish my website. Unfortunately, once it went live, I found numerous errors and mistakes. Then I was charged another $400. Within just a couple of days of seeing the published website, I contacted them and explained that I was not satisfied with the service, didn't want to continue, and wanted my money back. They refused to give me a refund. That's the part that really bothered me. I had already paid while the website sat unpublished for weeks, and then I was charged another $400 when the website was finally published. Just a couple of days later, I told them I wanted to cancel, but they still refused to refund that payment. My problem isn't simply that I didn't like the website. It's the entire experience: weeks with little or no progress, the website remaining unpublished, poor communication, being told about internal company problems, errors and mistakes when the site finally went live, another $400 charge, and then a refusal to refund me when I canceled only a couple of days later. Based on my personal experience, I would not use this company again. If you're considering working with them, I strongly suggest getting the exact timeline, monthly deliverables, cancellation terms, and refund policy in writing before paying.
