The other reviews on there were obvious fakes he had likely done himself. Shame. One thing, the owner seems a bit nutty as you can read from his Google review replies. Second, this place is a dump. The photos make it look clean and nice. Fact, it is not. Lots a rubbish on the ground. I don't believe anyone has ever taken a broom here. Weeds taller than I am! Third, the neighborhood is frightful. There are no lights really. We found another location to store at nearby that was so much nicer and safer and from a national chain. I don't understand why someone would choose here, but my review is to stay away until this place is either cleaned up or shut down.

And I was unable to get into my unit for four hours because they claim the door wasn't working, in reality their staff didn't show up to work. I lost time/staff wages and contracts on this day because I couldn't access my equipment costing my company thousands of dollars. They also think it's ok to charge insurance even though they knew we had our own coverage. Today we were locked in the building and unable to remove our vehicle or ourselves and NO refund was offered for five days. We were removed from their online system immediately. Run from this business, remove yourself from them as quickly as possible. We never missed a payment.

When I called Mini Mall Storage to rent a storage unit I was provided with clear information about…read morehow much it would cost, what my storage unit number was, payment method, and when to come for orientation. When I arrived for orientation, I was provided with the entry/exit code and was shown when the unit was and what to do to lock up, as well as the door key. I bought a lock as well. The site is maintained extremely well and even after a severe snow storm, the entrance and the path to to storage units were nicely plowed out and access was easy and non-eventful. The height of the storage unit is very good so stacking things up is very do-able to make very good use of storage volume. Over the month and two-thirds, accessing the storage space has been easy and I've had no trouble keeping things locked up. I had forgotten the exit code, so I just wait outside of the gate for the gate to automatically shut before I departed. I will have to ask about that, but the time-out is a good work-around for now. So, overall, I have experience great service and I am very happy with the storage space and easy, secure access.

Staff was kind and helpful when we left our belongings in their care and the monthly price for storage was very reasonable. But it was upon retrieval that this company really shined. Without going in to the whole long story, I will say the staff went far, far beyond good customer service to help us out, our belongings were just as we left them, and the price for their assistance remained very reasonable.
