And I was unable to get into my unit for four hours because they claim the door wasn't working, in reality their staff didn't show up to work. I lost time/staff wages and contracts on this day because I couldn't access my equipment costing my company thousands of dollars. They also think it's ok to charge insurance even though they knew we had our own coverage. Today we were locked in the building and unable to remove our vehicle or ourselves and NO refund was offered for five days. We were removed from their online system immediately. Run from this business, remove yourself from them as quickly as possible. We never missed a payment.

My brother was willing to go grab my things but they insisted it be me. I'm so disappointed and extremely devastated about losing my stuff.

Staff was kind and helpful when we left our belongings in their care and the monthly price for storage was very reasonable. But it was upon retrieval that this company really shined. Without going in to the whole long story, I will say the staff went far, far beyond good customer service to help us out, our belongings were just as we left them, and the price for their assistance remained very reasonable. The other reviews on there were obvious fakes he had likely done himself. Shame. One thing, the owner seems a bit nutty as you can read from his Google review replies. Second, this place is a dump. The photos make it look clean and nice. Fact, it is not. Lots a rubbish on the ground. I don't believe anyone has ever taken a broom here. Weeds taller than I am! Third, the neighborhood is frightful. There are no lights really. We found another location to store at nearby that was so much nicer and safer and from a national chain. I don't understand why someone would choose here, but my review is to stay away until this place is either cleaned up or shut down.

Upon return to canada i caught cab from airport to storage facility. When i went to open driverside door to start up my vehicle i noticed. window was smashed on rear driver side and damage to interior and of exterior. theft of some things inside car. When i called manager he told me that someone had broke into my vehicle and they gave me police file . they looked at my vehicle but failed to at least cover my window and minimize the damage from elements and possible animals. They let it snow into my vehicle for 6days just shy of a week. And i wasnt notified. I had to find out upon arrival after a long international flight. I was told that a voice mail was left but they knew i was leaving my vehicle for airport parking so why didnt they email me like they did for my receipt and map. The negligence of not covering my window after being smashed out with glass everywhere or emailing me disappointed me. They also offer car detailing on website but they chose to leave my car window uncovered for almost a week and fill up with snow and possible animals coming into my opened vehicle to escape the harsh wind and cold of the cold snap. Britebox storage co.'s business is to provide piece of mind, worry free, safe, secure storage and detail vehicles but i experienced neither of the associated things. since promises on website and ads went unfulfilled, i want my car paid for detail fees since im not from Saskatoon so it is hassle to spend money to drive there to get detailed. my insurance deductible paid, plus paid for my time driving around Saskatoon trying to seal up my vehicle when whole point of renting a safe secure worry and hassle free storage was so i could make my 3hour drive down south to my job upon arrival after my trip. Instead i had to fix my window in minus 30 weather when my winter jacket and gloves and toque were stolen out of the back and drive around Saskatoon buying tape and finding cardboard in the freezing cold and trying yo fix window and clean glass out of front driverside of car.. So with that being said every promise on web site was unfulfilled and ive only heard reluctance to accept any financial Responsibility.
