I used the Glenwood Springs airport location, which was new and clean. Setting up the account was very simple to do online, and the team was always very responsive when I needed questions answered (and they let me check out mid-month). Autopay made it easy to keep up with. Thumbs up - this is the place!

They have a great deal where you can pay six months in advance and get the seventh month free so we took advantage of that. Lindsay was very responsive any time I had a question while we were on the road. Our friends also rented a storage unit the same time as us but didn't want to pay what we were paying so they opted for a facility in Silt. They were robbed of everything, while our belongings were totally secure at Royal Mini Storage as they monitor whoever enters with both a personal code and video cameras. I cannot recommend this place more if you are looking for a secure place where you don't have to worry about losing your belongings.

On the 3rd move, as I was unpacking, I noticed that several dishes in the bottom of a box were broken. I almost didn't even say anything because when I've hired movers in the past, it seems like some damage is unavoidable. When I sent them an email about the dishes, they immediately credited me for the full replacement cost. I really appreciate that they were willing to make it right, they were also really apologetic. All 3 times, the movers were super nice and professional. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them!

We asked if there was anything we could do to save money...and the owner replied that he was going Heli-skiing and he'd get back to us if he had any ideas. We called Olde Towne Moving and Storage and they provided us with an initial bid of HALF of the first quote. We asked again if we could save any money and they suggested that if we boxed everything, we could save even more. We did exactly that. And we saved HALF again. Olde Towne Moving and Storage has some of the most professional, courteous, helpful guys around. When I would try to pick something up, they would quickly grab it from me and ask where it belonged. They were quite amazing! When they had moved everything into the house, we walked around with the lead manager and if we wanted something adjusted, they moved it, no questions asked. They were even fussy about getting the rugs centered. Not one thing was broken....and they took the boxes we used and recycled them for us. They smiled and actually looked like they truly cared about the outcome. Moving is hard enough...but they made it pleasurable. Don't even bother calling anyone else in the area. Olde Towne is simply the best.

Re: Jim, Joleesa, Jesse, Sergio and Carlos of On Call Moving & Storage…read more We received delivery at our home/studio in Gypsum of an 300 lb plus item ... after unboxing it, we estimate it still weighed about 230 lbs. We tried every way we could think of to get it in the house and up the stairs ... not only was the item large and heavy ... it was also delicate and complicated to move, given its design, electrical wiring, motor and hydraulics. Clearly we were out of our league and needed help. It was 4:45 pm. on a Wednesday. We found On Call Moving's info online, called the number, and connected immediately with Jim. Jim was a Godsend! He was scheduled to be down the street from us, and made a quick trip to our home to see how he could help. Over the next few days he worked closely with Joleesa, at On Call's office, to get our job done. Despite On Call's extremely busy schedule, everything came together Friday afternoon. Joleesa called to get us in their system. Jim arrived with a three-man crew: Jesse, Sergio and Carlos. Everyone was super polite and respectful, professional, skilled at their job and well prepared, bringing clean moving blankets and securing tie downs. Jim, Jesse, Sergio and Carlos communicated with us and with each other calmly, clearly, thoughtfully and effectively. Together they got the job done safely and efficiently ... most importantly, with no injuries ... and happily, with no damage to the item or our home. We want to thank Jim, Joleesa, Jesse, Sergio and Carlos ... and we highly recommend On Call Moving for any moving project, large or small. They are simply the best!!! Audrey & Mike Gypsum, CO
