After weeks of pleading and full payment of November and December without access whatsoever to our…read morelockers, we were finally granted eight hours to remove all the items from our locker upon opening my locker. I found my original lock in the back far left-hand corner, a bunch of antique smashed, personal items, broken and almost $3000 worth of construction hand tools, missing all photographed and catalog and placed in the locker, the only people to have access to my locker where Storage Sense and when I asked for video footage, I receive no reply.

Yet when I went to pick the vehicle up, they told me I was required to return it to that location, doubling the mileage and thus the cost of my already expensive move. And of course, I wasn't notified of this until the morning of pickup, and of course there were no vehicles otherwise to rent that I could use. Upon returning the vehicle, I sat in the truck (as the signs order you to do) for 15-20 minutes before finally going inside only to find the clerk just hanging out with a friend. The clerk took my key and basically blew me off to continue chatting up his friend. When I brought this up to them, they basically told me it was my fault and blew me off, offering nothing for their devious business practice nor did they address their negligence and awful customer service. If you need a truck from this area do NOT go here. Take the extra drive up to Lewisburg Uhaul or any of the surrounding areas. These people don't appreciate their customers and it shows.

No response to my e-mails or phone calls (but they surely can send you constant reminders and texts to pay when your rent is due!). Finally had to involved BBB and charge back to my credit card. Website is also total false advertising...units not climate controlled, or gated nor any security whatsoever. Right in the middle of a yard where trucks come to drop off fill so dusty as heck. Trust me...pay a little more and go somewhere else. This place is bad news.
