The office communication could be a little better (need to stay on top of follow up). However, the two gentlemen that loaded, drove, & unloaded were extremely professional, patient, and had great personalities. They are very quick and efficient and the second time it was a long distance move from Berwick, PA to Mifflinburg, PA, first it was loading truck from a manufactured home , than an hours drive to Mifflinburg into an apartment which is on the second floor and 21 steps up ( steep steps) I had requested 3 movers this time around as I knew with going up 21 steps it would be necessary. The guys worked hard, just kept going up and down those steps. I know they worked hard and I am grateful for their hard work. I highly recommend their services as both times I was very pleased with their hard work, efficiency and pricing was reasonable . Thank you Tow Men and a Lady - I am an older person with physical limitations - I am grateful that you were able to help me twice now and I am sure in future will require your services again ! From a score of 1 to 10 I give you a score of " 100"!!!

The rates are more than competitive and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can say that they literally bent over backwards to help me. Yes she wasn't able to pay the bill, covid has hurt a lot of people. They didn't work with her and were very rude. Just told that her stuff was in the dumpster. I believe that is BS. They wouldn't just throw stuff away, they would sell it to make some money out of it. We aren't stupid. I called last night and left a voice message. I have yet to get a call back. Their customer service is garbage. They don't care about people as humans. I am in the business of customer service, if I acted the way they did I wouldn't have a job anymore. I would look into other storage places before picking this company.

While the center is minimally staffed, It's up to you to to do your own sorting as this is very important for the primary purpose. Anyone that has ever wanted to recycle knows how labeling can become confusing. The labeling on all of the bins in the arena you walk into are clearly marked by a numerical in the recycling symbol from 1-7. It's up to you to do your own sorting and read them. It's not difficult, but if this can be for you, perhaps go with someone who can help you. There are always people coming and going here to drop off items at all hours given the weekday. It's nice to see everyone working together and time and time again, the only inconvenience is how much waste I could have been curtailing down on sooner.
