This place is great! They have a service where you can pre-purchase pellets for your pellet stove…read moreand they will store them for you. By doing this, you can pick up as many bags of your pre- purchased pellets as you need, but not have to worry about storing 5 tons (literally!) of pellets at your home. We pick up about 10-15 bags at a time. It's easy, convenient and the staff is super nice and helpful. Great place and a great service for the winter months.

Very bad experience with Storage King-Lords Valley. We had been loyal customers for ten years…read more When we decided to clear out on the (agreed upon) last day of the month we found that they had changed the lock on us claiming non receipt of payment for the previous month! In good faith we immediately re-issued a second check clearly stating on the check that it would replace the original check that wasn't received (this 2nd check was delivered to them personally). After clearing out we returned the keys by leaving them in the storage space as instructed. The 2nd check was cashed AND SO WAS THE ORIGINAL CHECK when it was received days later! Now they won't refund us for the over-payment claiming we didn't return the keys AND they are also charging us an additional $50 claiming they needed to get a locksmith to get into the space. Now is the way to treat a loyal customer? I think not.

This storage facility is in a great country setting with all new buildings. It has been open about…read morea year now and is run by a down to earth family. In the past I used another local storage facility that was close to the Pequest river and whenever it got flooded so did some of the units and the manager was hardly even around if you needed something. The fees here are reasonable and compared to others in the county it is by far better. Being a new business owner myself I needed a facility that I could access whenever I need it, being in the car & residential tinting business and there are cameras throughout. Surrounded by residential homes and corn fields it's a very safe location.
