Easy enough for me to email them for P&S to print and then their notary reviewed them, asked me some questions and then got the paperwork sorted. I had a laundry room dilemma and wanted to enlist her help, but we live states away. It was not a big enough project to warrant her travel to my city. I sent her some pictures and we consulted on the phone. Jenna was able to guide me through some organizational ideas that transformed my laundry area. I am also very impressed with Jenna's creativity and ideas for themed projects and how they are executed. Her ideas are original, over-the-top (no great idea is too big to pull off!) and just plain fun! Jenna's use of color, horizontal and vertical space, whimsy and class together create a sight to behold. I highly recommend Jenna as she not only gets the job done but gets excited over my projects the way I do, is professional and very personable.

The only issue we had was the move got pushed back a day, but that was mostly due to another client being somewhat less that truthful about the amount of stuff they had, so the "small job" they were trying to do on the same day became a 12-hour ordeal for them. I get it, and it actually worked out fine. I have to say that William was more than accommodating, and the price was incredible! Completely blew everyone else out of the water! Bobby and Jeffrey, even though I knew they were exhausted, took the time to really put things where I wanted them, and helped me get a little bit sorted so I can live in the new place. I can't stress enough how much that helped me! I have a couple of physical issues, and I was pretty much done half-way through, but they just took care of it all, and now I can at least get ready for work in the morning.
