It wasn't until I called the police to report the loss I found out that the big screen TV they have in the office with all the cool camera angles is not recorded. The gate in the RV storage area only needs a code going in and is tripped to open going out. So anybody that follows someone in will be able to leave on their own going out. They are also impossible to reach on their so called emergency line after hours. I could not emphasize it more to stay away from this storage. If I could give them less than one star I would.

I met the manager and was greeted and treated in a professional manner, which I always enjoy. The property is under new ownership and bringing a lot of new technologies online that make it a better place to store your belongings. Now, as I mentioned before this was for business. I need to store vehicles and was finding it incredibly difficult to find anything worth my time and money. Not to mention in a suitable area. Usually the units are worn down and lacking many amenities. This location is different. It's all pavement even into the units; which is nice. I dislike having to store a vehicle in a gravel lot only to turn around and detail again due to the gravel dust. Security cameras are present and monitored/recorded. A gate throughout the property which requires a pin to enter, and soon an app will allow customers to enter and exit. That makes things easier. Their prices are also incredibly aggressive. They also soon have offices coming online that you can lease out. It's a one stop shop which is perfect for me. I suggest you check them out.

If they're doubling prices this fast, I can only imagine what loyal, long-term customers are being forced to pay. The promotional rates are just a scam to get you in. If you're on a fixed income or need stable pricing, stay far away. Customer service is awful too--rude, unhelpful, and they don't care about anything but your money. Save yourself the stress and find a better company.

I actually asked them if there was a charge for me to bring what I had and they said no. I made my way down there I arrived and entered the building, and to a surprising surprise there was some live entertainment!! It caught me off guard, but it was very sweet, and I hope many recyclers get to hear the musical performance I heard Anywhoos! I approached the window and a nice lady explained the order of operations which are to drive up the ramp on to a weigh station to get weighed, proceed into the yard to unload the load, and then drive back out over the weigh station to weigh out, and then check out at the office, but I was like why do I need to check out!!?? I ended up having around 200lbs of metal, and they gave me money for it!! Whaaaaaaat!??! I don't recommend coming on a rainy day unless you're wearing old shoes

The crew packed and transported my 85-inch TV, which ended up being severely damaged in the process. While accidents happen, it's a company's response to those accidents that matters. It has now been two months, and the company has essentially ghosted me. They refuse to return calls or provide any concrete updates on a resolution. Their only excuse is that they are 'waiting on their insurance.' A reputable, professional business would make the customer whole immediately and handle their own insurance claims internally, rather than passing the delay and frustration onto the client. Leaving a customer stuck with a broken TV for months is terrible practice. I highly advise against using this company.
