I ordered…read morefrom Storage Pro, Airport Blvd on April 8, 2025, a 10 x 12 shed with 4x8x16 concrete pads to accommodate the slope in my backyard. The shed was delivered without the pads, because Jacob forgot to order them as shown in the contract. The delivery guys received the final payment upon the delivery of the shed PLUS a generous tip. They ensured me that as soon as the pads were delivered to my home just call and they would return, level and place the shed (the pads arrived the next day). Storage Pro was told that the pads had arrived, but they NEVER returned to complete the job. At first, the receptionist would answer the phone (his mom), then I was ghosted. I called, and called, and called, and called getting nothing but the answering service. My daughter personally drove there and spoke with another woman to let them know that at least they could answer the phone and provide an explanation to why they did not complete the leveling job- they had NO PROBLEM CASHING THE CHECK. After numerous phone calls we were finally given the number to the individuals that were supposedly handling the leveling of the shed. Promises and more promises were given with no results- it is now May 23rd, and my shed is still sitting in my backyard on a slope. LIERS, LIERS, LIERS, NEVER EVER BUY from them. They will take your money, lie to you, and pass you on to another Lier. HORRIBLE customer service! BEWARE
