When I asked about the included maintenance, they said it was for anything that broke on the mower, not routine maintenance. My 75 year old grandfather and I bought a…read moredefective pallet lift, we soon found out after using this lift that it did not lift to the advertised height of 7 1/2 inches. We returned this item only to be confronted aggressively by one of the salesmen as soon as we walked through the door. He threw a fit and tossed the pallet lift on its side and showed us that we "Were using it wrong." He then asked us "What do you want to do now?" in a sarcastic tone. Then walked away after we said we want a refund. Then while walking up to the register, the clerk mumbled into her walkie talkie that we were "Two assholes." She then kept up this snarky attitude with my 75 year old grandfather who is the nicest man in the world. Telling him to "sign here to get his money back." (As if we are the type of people to buy an item for the day just to return it beat up). I will never shop here again, very dissatisfied with this service and impolite behavior.
