The driver took out our fence ripped our yard to shreds, hit the roof of our house and slid into the retaining wall that holds a 50,000 dollar pool. Called the company and they said NOT THEIR PROBLEM.. had to file a police report and threaten the driver with leaving the scene of an accident. THen they decide to supposedly come fix it. Well putting the already broken fence post back in the ground without concrete and sticking the broken gates back up is not fixing it. Also they dumped some sand into the ground where the grass was. I am livid. We have to call an attorney now because they will not do what they should that is right. Tammy the lady who answers the phones there said oh it doesn't look damaged to me... Lady you were not there and you were on the phone. How do you really know what has happened. THen she hung up on us. It's a shame they are placing all the blame for this on the guy who rented the mobile attic!! Like he drove and picked it up. This company should be closed down.

Do not use U-Haul Moving & Storage of Dothan for gooseneck hitch installation…read more I was quoted $300 labor via email for a gooseneck hitch install. After they started the job, they received the wrong part and had to keep my truck an extra day. Once the correct part arrived, they claimed the install took longer than expected and added another $200 in labor charges without ever notifying me by phone or email beforehand. They simply added it to the bill. The workmanship was also questionable. I was told they needed to add an exhaust extension because of heat from the exhaust pipe. My tailpipe now hangs about 6 inches off the ground. When I complained, they claimed it was "installed to spec." To make matters worse, when I picked up my truck it was left unlocked, my entire backseat had clearly been gone through, and both seats were leaning forward like someone had searched through the vehicle. They would not even address the unlocked vehicle or the condition it was left in. I spoke with the installer, Jesse, who refused to correct anything. I then spoke with the manager, Joni, who told me it is "common practice" to add charges if a job takes longer than quoted. Very disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of work.
