Had to call again to see when and didn't receive a call until late in day . Had crews waiting around and had to pay them for their time. Had a party planned had to cancel it because of Lumber liquidators not knowing when my order will be in. I tried to get floor somewhere else and they still wanted to charge a 25% restocking fee. What ever they saved me cost me more in the long run. Will never use them again. Corporate office was garbage as well. The service in the beginning was good but the company's policies makes them bad. Material was good but doesn't make up for the bad service of not knowing when materials would be in or the fact the didn't care about the consumers schedule. Never again will I use or recommend.

This is after my family and I had waited for months on another company that was supposed to do the repair. Even with confusion with this other company about the exact location of the leak, David was patient and attentive to the problems at hand. He and his crew efficiently and correctly found the leak, broke up the concrete deck to repair it, and filled it back in to an almost exact concrete match. We were very impressed with the attention David and his crew paid to doing a great job, not only repairing the leak, but also helping us navigate the issues with the other company. Anyways, let me start by saying I live in Colorado and found a ring online but had problems ordering due to a specific size so I called the online customer service and it took me to this store. Kevin is the store manger and he was the one who helped me. Super professional and helpful and made everything run smoothly and kept all his promises with shipping and sizing and etc. He even sent me a video of him packaging up my ring!! Never seen service like this in my life or at least these days! Now fast forward to now and I live in Colorado and have my beautiful ring which he sent with a sizer bead in case my ring size I gave him was off. My ring is a little big so I currently have the sizer bead still on and need to get my ring fixed. Brought it to my local store and it was a complete nightmare and disaster, honestly I did not know what to do?! Called Kevin at this location and he is going above and beyond to fix my issue and to make me happy. He seriously made my day!!
