I needed a small storage unit for a couple months while moving. There are several items that give Stor It five stars: 5-Star Item #1: I told Cameron that I would only need the unit for a month or two. He still gave me the 1st month move-in special discount. 5-Star Item #2: Cameron was polite, professional and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. 5-Star Item #3: I called back a little while later to ask about a preferred lock, but went to voicemail. I decided not to leave a message. Cameron recognized my caller ID and called back as soon as he was available (just a few minutes). Once again, he answered my questions and said that they sell locks. Their price was cheaper than a similar lock at the local hardware store. 5-Star Item #4: On move-in day, Cameron was helpful and efficient, plus offering free bottled water on a very hot day. The unit was clean and well lit. Whether you need something short-term or longer, Stor It is a great place. Even if you find a slightly cheaper place (I found the prices competitive), the level of service is well worth it. read more

Stor It is such an amazing storage company! The staff is extremely kind and helpful! I had an appointment scheduled with them but ended up showing up a day early due to a change in my schedule and they were still able to accommodate me right away. Upon signing my contract with them, I moved my belongings in that morning! They care about their customers and their security system is on point. The onsite manager was very helpful. When my husband and I initially went to get a storage unit, they were full. But, Cameron, the facility manager told us that there were a few units coming available soon and helped make sure we were able to get a unit quickly.
