This company is highly unprofessional, disrespectful and lack common decency.
Yesterday, they turned up to my home unannounced and opened my front door while I was nude which caused me to have a panic attack having two strange men unexpectedly open my studio flat door while I was undressed.
They ignored my attempt to arrange an appointment a month ago, when I gave them my availability they responded that they would confirm a date by the following monday but did not then lied to my letting agency about it saying it was the inverse and that I ignored their attempt to arrange an appointment as if I can't just show my letting agency the email correspondence.
It took two years before they agreed to do mouseproofing eventhough mice were entering my home the entire time and often ignored their bait. They only did it after I sent an email with video evidence of a mouse running around in my flat, before then they accused me of making up seeing mice in my home because the mice ignored their bait.
They refused to arrange an appointment and felt entitled to turn up whenever they felt like it and then stated I "missed the appointment" that was never arranged when they turned up without my knowledge while I was at work or "refused them access" when they turned up unannounced, after getting the keys from my letting agency behind my back, and opened my door and I rightfully was not comfortable letting two strange men into my home when I had quickly covered myself in a towel and am a young woman living alone.
